- This is the original review of On the Right Track by Siskel & Ebert on "Sneak Previews" in 1981. All of the segments pertaining to the movie have been included.
Lisa Eilbacher was SO yummy back in the day!
Yup, on par with Nancy Allen.
A ten year old black,shoe-shining orphan boy who lives in a locker in Union Station gives the city one million dollars. What a great movie!
Most other reactions to the film (besides Siskel & Ebert's) concluded that it was either sappy or all too eager to cash in on Gary Coleman's NBC-TV popularity. He only made one other feature film, *Jimmy the Kid,* but when it was released in late 1982, Siskel & Ebert didn't like any bit of it. To date, neither of the two films have been released on DVD.
