    Thank you for this clear demonstration! Now I need to get to the lanes to practice even more! Your low down release looks so effortless. Amazing.

      Effortless because it was light🥶 but it is really enough for most newbies to practise and have fun with friends before buying their first ball.

      Really glad that my audiences are here with me. Although I’m not the main stream channel, I simply wish bowlers who love these videos will share to social media, so that more will join the sports.

    I've been seeing your videos for quite some time. There is still a knowledge barrier here without slow motion detailed descriptions. I have autism and am a very slow learner. I do hope you make an illustration of being able to teach a 7 year old this technique and I feel you will breach this barrier and share the knowledge with us all.

    I guess I’ll never get this release. Everyone shows in practice to recoil your arm and uncoil your wrist, but when you throw a bowling ball in real life, you can’t recoil your arm when you uncoil your wrist because you would have to stop your arm motion and pull backwards/upwards

    • @janproshopchannel
      @janproshopchannel  4 месяца назад

      Don’t give up. Stopping arm motion is a good start to begin with

    thank you for this - I usually forget about this when playing, which causes the ball to not have nearly enough rotation, and when I try to do it, I tend to force it, making it not smooth since I unconsciously grip the ball harder. will have to try and practice this specifically. again, thank you 👍

      Discussing in forums about the techniques in these videos will make it work even better!

    Big fan of your content!
    Super educational and simple!
    Can you make a video explaining how you tape your fingers? I been struggling with my grip and I don't found something like you have!

    Just wanted to add a disclaimer to this for those starting out - a house ball may not hook, especially if it's made of plastic

    • @janproshopchannel
      @janproshopchannel  9 месяцев назад +8

      Also expensive balls may not hook if throwing incorrectly

      True, but if you’re just learning, you’ll find yourself excited at the wee little curved path it shows as you release it the way it’s taught here. If you rev it even more, it’ll curve more. Just not as much as that of a reactive ball.

    I know it looks that way but please aknowledge and read pages 37 through 72 ( chapter 5) in the book by James Freeman and Ron Hatfield "Bowling beyond the basics" . After reading rhis wonderful book you will probably what is really happening. Keep up giving advices cause a lot of your videos are very pertinent.

    it is really a house ball? it hooks like a high performance ball. I tried yoyo release with a house ball but it didn't hook as much as your

    • @janproshopchannel
      @janproshopchannel  2 месяца назад

      Yes it was a house ball. House ball rolls well in the lane which has enough oil in the front part but clean enough behind.

    sorry to ask when is the time to bend the elbow and where is the position next to weak wrist video

    • @janproshopchannel
      @janproshopchannel  9 месяцев назад

      It isn’t the right concept to bend your elbow. Your arm is too relax such that your elbow was bent by the bowling ball which is going upward in the circular arm swing motion.

      @@teebull9552 it would depend on what your bowling on some situations you might want somthing smother with less snap on the back end where others you might want more snap journey would have higher DIFF so it would flare more meaning more snap as trend 2 has low diff witch is smother and hooks sooner being it also has lower RG
