Hi Dani! I admit I’ve turned a little bit into a supplement girlie, but I’m curious on your thoughts on what I’m taking right now!
-Vitamin D and Calcium gummies (recommended by my OBGYN to promote bone health while waiting for my period!)
-Ashwagandwa (trying to reduce cortisol levels, also switched to one decaf coffee in the morning and cutting out caffeine where I can!)
-started taking Acetyl L Carninite (1500mg dose)
-not so much a supplement but eating a spoonful of flaxseed with yogurt or smoothies!
Besides that, been doing daily stretching movement to improve flexibility since I’m stiff as a board and I find it to be relaxing! And acupuncture every other week :)
Basically trying everything on top of eating a lot to get this period to come 😅 Would love to hear your thoughts and thank you for all the content you create!!

I was like “I’m not THAT blind” when you were talking about increasing low-calorie foods, but the second you mentioned PBfit.. “Oh.” that hit hard😂

@@DaniSheriff For me, I think it's encouraging to remember that the body is intelligent and incredible. I don't have the right to tell it what its limits are. It tells me. And it can thrive within a healthy range (but not within a rigid, self-imposed, and less than optimal threshold). I've been scared to go beyond this limit for quite awhile (since 2011). Finally realizing it's not up to me. I feel like I've been trying to grow a plant that needs soil without soil, or create something from nothing. I'm not a fancy air-plant. It's just not possible. I need the basics to get to set-point.
