Dani, you were so accurate when you said it's always a food issue. As a girl who's had HA and got her period back, I want to share encouragement to all of the girls who are currently struggling: your body is a temple and you deserve to be free, healthy and fertile. God is with you! The amount of love that is going to blossom for your body when you accept the process (and get the results!) is far more rewarding than trying to be as small as possible. You can and you will get your fertility back. Trust me. Trust God. Trust the process.

It's so difficult when you aren't thin and still suffer from HA. Six months ago, I got my first period back in 14 years. But barely anything since. I can't imagine having to gain more than what I've already gained. It's so difficult being in a body that I can't stand.
Being a woman is so challenging at times!!!

Then you may not have HA and need to find the other cause for what is stopping your menstrual cycle. This is why testing with a practitioner is important.

Hi Dani, thank you for all your videos about HA. I lost my periods for the first time during 5 months, between April and August 2023. I got them back in august by increasing my cals, eating more and more fats. I thought I was healed, but the fact is I didn't get them since august... and I really do not understand why, because I gained so much weight (more than the weight I lost). My doctor gave me progestan 200mg pils in order to get them back, I finished my treatment more than a week ago and still nothing.. I really do not understand, would you have an idea ? Is that kind of "normal" that my periods are not regular as they were before ? is there another reason ? I'm so lost...

I discovered your channel a few days ago! Thank you for making these videos. Can not believe how many of us have this issue.
I am suffering from this since 7 years now. I finally understood that more carbs should help. Very excited for my recovery journey as after reading so many research papers and nutrition books and blog, this is the issue.
Yes I have tried HRT, thyroid maintained, Yoga for over a year, stress is less now, spoke to reproductive endo, 2 OBGYN but NOBODY is giving me the right path. Only increasing fats - Nope!! Dint work on its own. The only thing that's left is CARBS!!! I have faith that this is done.
Now I am on daily 210g carbs, at least 70g fats, 50 g protein and less stress, good sleep, min exercise. Suppliments - selenium, magnesium glycenate, omega 3, prenatals, vitamin D. Please correct or add if I can do anything better besides those. Yes I am eating breakfast, trying not to stay hungry for longer hours. I will surely post when my situation changes and hey it will!!!! Thanks for your videos.
