The DP SPECIAL EDITION was designed for power surfing. Limited to 60 units of a numbered series, this board was developed in collaboration with Manuel Centeno and Daniel Fonseca. It combines a strong aesthetic with the high performance needs identified by our athletes, while surfing powerful waves.
The board features a concave on the rail, that was developed after many tests and tunings to design and engineer the intended concave system. This resulted in a new board with a powerful drive, allowing you to ride higher in the barrel, due to the increased speed generation. The shape is achieved through CNC technology. The core is in PP (1.9 pcf), with 1 tubular carbon stringer, a layer of thermo fused carbon mesh, grips on the nose, ergonomic embosses and a tail piece in a contrasting color.
