    Thank you so much, I thought I did it incorrectly because I saw one clip on Pinterest with the yoga sequence with the rollback, and she doesn't bend her neck at all, and I was like, how can she do that. Now I understand that she might be a gymnast. I’ll better go with your style, which seems safer for me and my neck. By the way, excellent tutorial video for dance improvement and develops the yoga sequences.🙏🏻💗

    Quick question, do you have to land on the ground with your feet? Because my foot is short to where I can’t reach the other side when doing the flip

      Try to extend ur leg or separate ur two legs so u have time to get up and then after u know how to do that then u can try this if u want❤❤

    Ok I have the arm formations and I can roll my legs/hips butt area but my neck idk how to position it to finish the roll it hurts my neck/spine how would I do it???

      Push up with ur arms and upper body going opposite way then lower body then push up with your arms and practice if u want more descriptive tell me❤❤
