    Here’s a recipe for juicy meat stuffed with potatoes and bell peppers, all wrapped in crispy bacon. Start by picking a quality cut of meat. Parboil the potatoes, then mix them with crunchy bell peppers and your favorite spices for the filling. Wrap the stuffed meat in bacon strips to lock in flavor and keep it moist while baking. Bake until the meat is fully cooked and the bacon is golden and crisp. It’s an ideal meatloaf recipe for family dinners or special gatherings!
    Ingredients:
    2 kilograms of boneless pork loin (about 1 kg)
    Cut into equal pieces
    Cover with cling film
    And beat off
    3 tbsp of vegetable oil
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp of black pepper
    Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
    1 tsp of oregano
    Mix well
    Put the meat in a separate bowl
    And season with the marinade
    And send to marinate for 1 hour
    2 large potatoes
    Cut into strips
    Put on a plate and cover with hot water
    2 bell peppers
    Also cut into strips
    Put on a separate plate
    Salt the potatoes
    Season with pepper
    Season with paprika
    And granulated garlic
    Take out the meat
    Put potatoes and bell peppers on the meat
    And roll it up.
    And wrap it with bacon.

    Cover a baking sheet with parchment

    Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
    1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil
    1 tsp of wine vinegar
    1 tsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. sweet chili sauce (or ketchup)
    1 teaspoon of paprika powder
    Take out of the oven
    And brush with the dressing
    And put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes
