- Defending champion Dave Leduc takes on Cyrus Washington in a main event Lethwei World Championship in Yangoon, Myanmar.
Leduc is the current open-weight champion. Lethwei or Burmese bare-knuckle boxing, is a full contact combat sport from Myanmar that uses all the eight limbs of Muay Thai and then headbutts and the only way to win the fight is by KO.

The fake teep to rear slash elbow has always been one of my favorites being 6'3 so when I seen a tall lanky fighter throwing it regularly, I became a fan🤙 In this video Cyrus defends that elbow by just falling to the mat. Or Dave did some of that no touch martial arts on him. Don't think thats his preferred method though haha. Tell him best of luck from Tennessee 👊👊👊
Tbh this was a fight with one fighter who still really wants it in the prime of his career versus someone at the end of his, most of Leduc’s fights have been against smaller opponents. If he fought Muay Thai I don’t think it would be the same tbh he needs to fight a yodsaenklai or saenchai etc if he wants to be as cocky and confident as he acts on Instagram dissing the sport of Thailand when he lives and trains there.

And so Cyrus corner came to the ring because they mistakenly thought Cyrus can have time out but refferee and Myanmar fan think Cyrus didn't want to fight anymore .
Cyrus to this day state that the referee mistake cost him the second fight .
Cyrus KOed Tun Tun Min in the rematch and in the first fight also very easily ( spinning kick and elbow ) .
Cyrus is a greater fighter than TTM .
Tun Tun Min can only KO Cyrus in third fight when Cyrus was old and not care anymore .
Leduc also can KO Cyrus because Cyrus not care about fighting anymore , only care about money .
Now Cyrus is big ( steroid ) and he is motivated by money again he good form while Tun Tun Min is trash now not like before he good can't even KO trash Russian fighter fighter Mikhel .
If Cyrus fight Tun Tun for a fourth time he will KO Tun Tun Min easily any weigh , any rules in any country .

Cyrus Washington in his prime he always lose outclassed/destroyed easy when he fight worldclass elite fighter ( Nieky Holzken , Cosmo Alexandre , Yi Long , Chike Lindsey and Jordan Watson ) even against old legends ( Jomhod and Kaoklai ) he lose badly , even Robert who isn't famous can beat Cyrus .
Myanmar can never beat a prime Cyrus Washington .
The closest was Too Too who is the only Burmese to officially beat prime Cyrus Washington but only because it was 5 rounds + two 5 minutes extra rounds .
So Too Too can only beat Cyrus because he have 25 minutes lol .
Also very dirty judges not stop round 5 , after 3 minutes finish they not stop the fight at all .
They continued fighting so fifth round was 8 minutes very dirty as Cyrus not know that at all .
Not gonna complain much as Cyrus he agreed for 25 minutes of Lethwei but still if it was under Muay Thai/Kickboxing rules Cyrus will easily beat Too Too .
Gonna have to say this was Too Too at his finest .
Too Too later say he will never fight in those condition ever again so that pretty much say it all as to if it wasn't 25 minutes Too Too wouldn't have KOed Cyrus at all .
Now Cyrus he motivated because Thai Fight have King daughter do massive tournament and have big bonus so Cyrus train very hard and have get lots of steroid and fight Tengnueng .
Cyrus get 8 count , lost all 3 rounds , fall to the ground many time and make many foul just to survive lol

If Tun Tun Min rematch Mikhail in Thai Fight then Mikhail will win decision easy .
Now Mikhail ask for rematch against Tengnueng and he can put an 8 count of Tengnueng but Tengnueng can put two 8 count on Mikhail and then KO him in the third round .
Cyrus will KO Tun Tun Min in less than 3 rounds in Lethwei or any other rules .
Only Dave Leduc can beat Cyrus now , but it is very dirty rematch to take on old Cyrus .
But again Lethwei promoter have no shame at all .
They should make Cyrus vs Too Too rematch and Tun Tun Min 4 , Cyrus will crush Myanmar again .
BTW Dave Leduc isn't a Burmese fighter nor a pur Lethwei stylist lol .
His style is pur Muay Thai , Sanda/Sanshou , Kung Fu/Jet Kun Do , Kickboxing/MMA and some Lethwei element .
Dave he started by training under a noob Bruce Lee student then as a failed MMA fighter has been then went to Thailand and trained with Thai coaches at Tiger Muay Thai that's when he began to be a good fighter .
