to be fair, unless you get hydra on an early tier 3 triple, or your doing a beast build or you doing a managerie build, hydra is kinda always a bait. There are only a few beast buffers, and one of them is unusable because it gives taunt. For the most part, he's right
@@manatortv it was easy menagerie build, he already had golden weaver and watcher AND already had a cobalt as well.
It was much better to go menagerie here and scale hydra and stuff instead of going full on demons.
Without insane luck finding another golden watcher he would have died top 4

So the trick this match was to get INSANELY lucky sniping the baron at the end as well as playing overtuned demons yet again after a fairly good start with them and nobody else playing them. gotcha.

@@blackguard93 Getting 4 deathrattles with Ghastcoiler isn't guaranteed. If the board is still full, you'll get 2 at most, 3 if you have some room.

Kripp, I just picked up hearthstone because of you and played battlegrounds. First time ever playing, played demons and got 1st! Floating Watcher and Wrath Weaver are very good if you get them both early. Thanks for the tips!
lol, funny how Kripp always loses his mind when his own key minions get sniped, but when he's the one with a clutch snipe it's eh-no-big-deal
omg guys. I found out Righteous protector + selfless hero tripple and Bolvar is very good when having Tirion as hero. Also Tirion is good against snipe like zapp if you use hero power on pack leader. Won both games played as Tirion. I can recommend trying Tirion, he is fun to play.
Demons with Tirion is even better. He buffs the non-demons in your comp like the Juggler or the Wrath Weaver.
Last time I played AFK my free 3 star cards were Floating Watcher and Soul Juggler, with a Wrath Weaver sitting there in Bob's Tavern for me to buy. I crushed EVERYONE that game, wasn't even close.
I have found that going demons even midgame is viable, assuming you haven't taken too much damage already.
More like 2 triple Watchers is the demon master, plus about 3 lucky snipes on a Baron.

Just won hard with neutral/watcher Tyrion. Seriously, weaver+watcher anything is op so long as you don't face poisonous murlocs.
Cobalt is actually quite a bit inferior unless it's full summon mechs, because they're conditioned on hitting the correct target and opposing units hitting the correct targets (summoners). Weavers and Watchers just have 3 to 5 times their stats so targeting isn't nearly as important, which makes them way more consistent.
Getting this lucky should be illegal :P
Turn 5 Cobalt, Watcher, Triple Wrath, gets a mech buff for Cobalt and says "Never Lucky". Mate, your idea of luck is very different from mine.

That Soul Juggler at the last couple of rounds was soo bad.. i mean the other guy doesn't even have divineshields to ping off.

19:24 Goldrim is super irrelevant against those gigantic demons, +8/+8 means nothing if the minion will die with 1 hit anyway, 6 minions deathrattles minions with Grasscoil is other story.
U do realise that was a +12/12 to 5 minions right? Against demons any stats is good as you need to chip down their hp to stand a chance of tearing down the stats. That said, kripp kinda exagerrated the significance of that hit vs his constant snipes on a triple baron

Van Cleef will likely get dethroned. Tirion and the plague doctor guy look really strong.
@@GaussianEntity I just smacked up a tirion today, but maybe you're right. It definitely looked OP at first, but most winning strats are based around specific minions types and not normal ones. Yes, wrathweaver may get bigger, but they're hard to maintain without the accompanying demons. Cleef has so much flexibility with buffs it's kind of secret OP.
@@lolnahnvm208 The way I see it, I would ask, which no-type minion would be disgusting if buffed? I find that the answer is the support minions for a certain build (i.e. Baron or Kangor for mech builds or Juggler or Wrath Weaver for demon builds). Zap is also very strong with buffs on him. Van Cleef can do this but requires buying minions. Tirion can do +1/+1 every turn without having to purchase junk.
@@GaussianEntity But let's not forget how hard it can be to hit demons at level 6. Sometimes you still whiff when you're playing demon/mech hybrid. would you rather waste all of your gold in search for Mal, or get a guaranteed +5/5 on Watcher or Cobalt? Hell, come to think of it, ideally, you can do both!

Hey this happened to me but the first two people forgot to attack me and I got everything turn 3. I was at 37 health with a 14/14 watcher and 12/12 pink homie

You need to open 20 dragon packs to get the third hero slot open & 30 packs to get emotes. There is a gem you can click on the Battleground's menu screen which tells you your status on them so far

AFK can do very good with demons if ur 3 gets watcher.... that's it. she's one of the worst to go demons if u don't get the watcher.
