Demons and cobalt need a nerf. Cobalt just needs to be a tier 4 minion. Like kripp said, "Cobalt is the best tier 4 minion, and he's tier 3"
Demons are just WAY too powerful midgame. They crush opponents who are trying to set up late game starts that would eventually beat them. Soul juggler gives demons tremendous flexibility versus cobalt/divine-shield and packleader builds. Moving floating watcher to tier 4 would literally kill demons, so maybe we shouldn't do that, but maybe making weaver only gain +2/+1 or deal 3 damage to yourself instead of 2 will make it possible for other midgame strategies to be able to compete with demons.
IMO the game is 2-4 turns too fast right now. Midgame is dominating and it's no fun dying a turn or 2 before you would complete your build. The addictiveness of BGs is making a super build and playing other people's super builds. Not "Oh he's demons, I lost, hopefully I only take 5" or "He has two 25 attack cobalts with 3 refreshers, maybe I can get lucky enough to not take 12 here?" and die before you get anything going.
The faster the games go, the more luck dependent everything is. 90% of my losses don't feel like I lost because I just got bad shop luck between turns 4-6 and it cost me 20 health. Slow the game down a few turns, you'll remove more RNG and have far less frustrating losses
Soul Juggler should be tier 4 instead. You can buff it to be a 4/4 in compensation.

This sounds like people in regular Hearthstone complaining about aggro decks. "I never got to play my deck!"
But aggro is necessary to keep greedy control and exodia combo decks in check. Demons are necessary to keep greedy builds like divine shield poisonous murlocs in check. People keep saying "Mid game is dominating" in battlegrounds, but "mid game builds" in battlegrounds are basically the aggro decks of battlegrounds. They push other players out of the game who roll and roll looking for specific cards before they can even think about completing their builds. As compensation, once they max out their stats on floating watcher they can barely improve and immediately lose the game once they lose a single further round. They are necessary, but just too strong right now.

I'm just asking for a cobalt and demon nerf to slow the game down by a turn or 2 so that strategies like menagerie and other tier 3 strats have a chance for a healthier meta other than cobalt, demons or lose
I disagree, nerfing will just lead to something else being op, nerfing EVERYTHING is just boring. I think they should add more "counter" minions like Zapp, add a tier 3 0/16 that has: Random effects always target this minion. Eating up a good chunk of kaboom bots and soul juggles. Add a minion that has: Your minions ignore Divine Shield. And another for Poisonous. We just need more tools to deal with the meta.

No they aren't. Turn 2-7 murlocs don't do much damage. Everyone is not being killed by turn 2-7 murlocs. Battlegrounds is not like regular Hearthstone, people don't win the game in 4-6 turns. Turn 7 is just reaching 10 gold remember. When the hell did you ever WIN a game on 9 gold?

I'm gonna nitpick here but if you have the option to discover 2 6 drops you first use the first Megasaur and sell it, before you use your 2nd "Discover a 6-Cost card" card.

If I ever try to fo for murlocs I get the usual Tide hunter and Rockpool and from time to time some Warleaders and after that I die because I got only one murloc that buffs my hp.
Even when I high roll mid game, even when I find a Brann... I won't find a megasaur and then die to 120/120 demons. I hope they have some fine-tuning soon.

11:25 never ceases to amaze me that he complains at this lost 50/50, but doesn't even blink at the 4 minutes of insane good attack orders immediately preceding this one instance. He literally had the best possible attack order for 4 straight minutes, and didn't even bother to say "I guess that's alright."

I just won a game as Edwin where I was last most of the game, Kept facing the strongest opponent every other match and had no real build, just random ass minions and stats...I had a Golden Goldrinn with no beasts, a Malganis with no demons, A golden Micro machine, A golden psycho-tron, golden Sky golem, a Lightfang which was eventually sold for a Foe Reaper for like 2 rounds and somehow I beat that same strongest guy I kept facing all game, He had two golden Soul Jugglers behind Voidlords and two Golden imprisoners and a big Watcher...I don't even know how I won because my minions didn't have a lot of health and I never sniped a Juggler once but hey, microbots and never give up even if you get garbage all game I guess

The guy that said demons need nerf is totally right. If you have double triple cobalt, triple baron, triple kangors, triple kaboom bot, foe reaper and whatever shit, you just cant beat a wrath weaver-watcher-soul juggler deck. Demons are ridiculous, and noskill for noobs. I despise those who play demons.
I'm starting to think it's a bad idea to taunt the murlocs since the only way to lose super late game is in the mirror. In that case you need your deathrattle 1/1 tokens to absorb some divine shield hits which they can't do if all your murlocs are taunted. I don't think it's worth the price as +2/2 isn't worth much in the end.
Possibly but he had all the murlocs tied up so another player building up to murlocs is going to have a much harder time doing so.

Ryperz nah don’t have to highroll like crazy. Seeing how demons and mechs are seeing increase popularity. Murlocs are easier to do. I guess the problem is the ones who get massive demons quickly. But if so many people are robbing demons it shouldn’t be too much. It’s still highroll but not as horrifying as some make it.. still easily place top3 with a good Murloc build.
