Thanks for allowing me to video your beautiful shop Maddy. I can't wait to come back. How is the best way for people to see your wares (if they're not local). I don't think you have a website yet do you?
Hello Louisa, I loved your video today. The treasures you found on your little trips are fabulous. The sweet gift left at your door from Jill was absolutely lovely and thoughtful. I love the tea chest you plan to repurpose as a side table for Rowan's room. It's ingenious! ❤
Lovely gift the lady gave you .Your vintage tea chest .our living room was an unfinished converted garage ,The floor was a step down and had large concrete squares for flooring I stained to take away the look of concrete .Last year my husband decide to make the floor the same level as the rest of the house. We used a stack of plywood which my husband had in the shed .He cut them into 30 inch squares ,we drew plank lines on with felt tip pen .He put down joists and attached the squares with the pen lines going one way then the next one the opposite way .We put 2 coats of varnish on ,I stenciled names of tea importers and fancy shops some real some made up names ,Tetley ,Fortnum and Mason ,random numbers etc ,We wanted a rustic tea chest packing case look .Lots of hard work ,I love how it turned out it looks great .
Surprise hauls are the best aren't they! Love the bottle. I have never seen one out in the wild. I am here for your eclectic taste. Your enthusiasm is palpable. Will add Reepham to our next Norfolk excursion it looks so pretty. Have a fabulous weekend.
Good selections of the final possibility choice. Cut a piece of reclaimed wood to fit on top of the Kenya box standing upright so can read the print on the side. Make a small throw out of the giraffe print to put on the top. I love your selection of fabric, paint, and the dishes.
Hello Louisa, you found a lovely selection items. It was a super video and your fabric choices are wonderful. The gift waiting on your doorstep was so lovely. Hope you are feeling better now, you certainly look well. Xx
😊😊Thank-you for filming your journeys. What wonderful villages.Stepping back in time with all the mod cons.I can see why you would like to live in the village with the square. What amazing trims you bought The twisted peach/burn't orange my favourite. What a bargain.Love the coalport decanter.Unique, will fit any decor and setting. To find such versitile items.Wonderful.The gravy boat and dish. How wonderful.Classic not old fashioned.I love labels too. There is something proper about a label.Like brown paper and string.
Nice to get a glimpse of your ideas for fabrics etc they look great I smiled at the tea chest as I currently have 6 or seven in my attic ! We moved quite a few times in the 70s and 80s and used them every time and I also have used them as bedside tables 😊❤
Yes, that's why I am pulling all my designs together so I can make decisions about which fabric to use where - if it's expensive but too good to pass over, I will incorporate it in a small way ☺️
The throw is beautiful but I made the right decision not to buy it. I'm carefully curating my scheme and as beautiful as it was, I didn't want it to be the bedroom's hero piece.
What a coincidence, I picked that very bottle up and put it back thinking yep I like that but where would I put it !!!. So glad it found a good home. I love the fabrics you picked out and lucky Rowan that tea chest will look amazing . Thankyou for sharing with us. ❤
What a lovely gift, card and message. It’s so nice when people do things like that. I’ve not been to Reepham and said to my husband we will have to go one day. It’s not that far away. Thank you for showing us.
❤❤the flowers on the table.Beautiful rich colours. The tea chest is a whoopa.A decent size for a bedside cabinet.Love the basket of fabrics.I like your preferances and your openess to possible change.Wide stripe every time👍🏼
Another lovely video. Regarding your little coin packets, I worked in a bank in England many years ago and I'm pretty sure we used them there - prior to decimal coinage!
Hello Louisa lovely to see you again, love your drive with Rowan she’s so lovely! I love the music you share your videos with … when I hear it I know your on! I absolutely love your black dangling earrings you are wearing with your light blue dress. Simply love them! I do my own jewelry but I can’t make it out are they a circle of small black beads? They look nice with your short lovely hair! Be well and your lovely family. Glad for your new haul of items … i see the black and white plate settings for the future table setting! …. Love all the shops you visited and lovely day indeed! 🌹
Thank you! Yes, they are little black beads. They look quite like blackberries. As you can probably tell by watching my videos - I adore jewellery & have quite a collection.
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle I’ve noticed and quite lovely too…I do jewelry myself I love to create pieces and actually now I collect vintage pieces and if they are totally damaged I re-design them and create something new out of the old pieces…it is fun so I love looking at broken pieces rather than full pieces. You can make something new out of broken…thank you for sharing. 🌷
😊😊really enjoyed seeing the markets and the things you bought.Watched the vlog twice to absorb what you filmed.Thrilled for you buying for the rooms you are furnishing.

What a sweet little village! Maybe some of the expensive fabrics you could buy just enough to make some throw pillow covers.
Yes, that's why I am pulling all my designs together so I can make decisions about which fabric to use where - if it's expensive but too good to pass over, I will incorporate it in a small way ☺️
Buy the throw! Get it now!

What was the price?
