I, too, decided to refocus my attention on my health this year and made it a goal to go to my Community pool 5-7 hours a week so it is usually M-F around 1:30 pm for 60-90 minutes with Saturday being my makeup day since I sometimes have a lunch or medical appointment during the week. It has made a huge difference in my daily life in this sixth year of my retirement. I meet different "pool ladies" also doing their movements and aerobic exercises and we check-in with what is going on in our lives or the season. It is quite lovely and different for me since exercise has never been a part of my busy life in the past of work and family generational caregiving. Now, other than my adult son who can manage on his own, for the first time in my life, I am able to make myself a priority which is about time, I think, for someone on the cusp of turning 73! When we bought our cottage in England ,as an expat, I was so taken a back homes didn't have screens. Straight away I bought Lock & Lock hermetically sealed large tubs for all my wool, silk and fine clothing. We have about 50 or so of them. I also use XL moth bags from the White company. The one time I left out a really nice sweater, it got a huge moth hole in it, I was gutted. We also now have screens , they can be removed easily and match our cottage windows...my husband kindly made them.We also have our cottage sprayed every fall, it's very reasonable & safe. I hate moths!! Everytime I wear something, I place it in a sealed plastic bag, for one week in the chest freezer, before placing it back in the moth proof storage. Petal Beetles from cut garden flowers eat clothes, books and leather as well! Sorry about your cape, it looks really nice again.

Don't know if your interested. I have thick, thick curly hair. I use products then I use a diffuser to dry my hair. If I don't my hair looks like I stuck my hair in a light fixture lol. My hair becomes wild and unruly.

Your leather jacket is so smart with your blouse and jeans. Sadly I can’t wear leather too much anymore. I have a family of vegans while I am still a vegetarian. I do have some leather shoes and purses and you can’t imagine the grief I get. Personally, I like vintage leather goods getting new lives. So wear the jacket and enjoy. You look fantastic ❤

A lovely, interesting video. Thanks for showing your beautiful ring more closely, it was me who asked. Some personal thoughts on good eye cream - I've been using Beauty Pie's Retinol eye cream for a couple of years now and it's kept wrinkles away pretty much (I'm 50) It seems to be the most cost effective way of getting a good quality retinol cream onto my skin. I also recommend Elemis, which is the only moisturiser (their pro-collagen marine cream) that makes a noticeable difference on my skin. It's a premium brand, but everything Elemis has completely wows me, re actually working, and smells divine. They sometimes do good offers via QVC which are worth a look. Their body moisturisers are the best I've found too.
