I only listened to it once when it was released and did not bother to listen to it again. I even forgot about it until I saw this video. Honestly, I prefer the first three albums over anything else in the Taake discography.
Sadly Host change his style a lot during all these years but l will be a great follower of this act. Thanks once again for sharing Rauta and hails from México
First three tracks are awesome, the last one could be more condensed (not saying it doesn't have nice passages); I get the point that it's the closing track and allocated more to building atmosphere instead of riffs as in the previous three, but it' feels a bit stretched out. Nice album tho, I enjoy it.
@@RautaMetal Let's try again hehe... I meant, have you already attained a certain list of actual black metal bands from Norway (newer ones), you can share with your subscribers?
Wow, that's pretty wild given it's been the main tool for us reviwers for almost 20 years now and I've linked MA sites to bands in hundreds of videos by now

I second that.
To me this album feels uninspired. It's just *an* album. Not interesting, not boring, just an album.
Thank you for this review!

My favorite album of Taake after Noregs vaapen ..
Regarding Höst have you listen to Höstsol with Niklas on vocals?
I have not. I know it by name though.
Örjan=Påskafton ;)
Oh.
To me this might actually be their best after Nattestid. It’s very unique and fresh
Wut's the other worth bands on black metal rings, actually to dive in?
I am sorry, but I don't understand your question.

@atomikhatred2332 No, I have not. Metal Archives has good tools for that so it does not make any sense for me to do such a list.
@@RautaMetal I didn't even knew about this metal archives site. Thanxs
