A juicy and delicious beef ribeye steak recipe. Its preparation is quite fast and practical. If you don't have time, you don't need to marinate the meat with this recipe.
Ingredients:
• 80 ml olive oil
• 1 tablespoon yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon sun dried tomato pasta
• Thyme and rosemary according to your taste
• Salt, black paper and red pepper powder
• 100 ml hot water
• 3 medium sized onions
• 4 slices of beef ribeye steak
• 5 - 6 baby potatoes
• ½ of red pepper and ½ green pepper (optional)
• 5 - 6 cloves of garlic
❣️❗Important: We prefer our steak well done. Please adjust the cooking time according to your preference.
This dish took me 5 minutes to prepare and around 35 minutes baking.
Oven baking only is used.
