In this video men's style, grooming and fitness expert, aaron marino of www.iamalpham.com, talks about how to build your perfect wardrobe using a cool new technology tool created by Cladwell. Cladwell is a cutting edge company that is transforming the way men shop, create and build their wardrobe.
A great wardrobe is built, not bought. It's constantly evolving. You start with a solid foundation and add / subtract as needed. There's not a one-size-fit-all design for the perfect wardrobe. Factors to consider include your body, budget, lifestyle, coloring, the season, and more! The process can be daunting... until now.
Cladwell has a two minute survey that spits out individualized style recommendations based on algorithms and personal preferences. Alpha logged on the other day and found out that it's different. They created another super cool tool. You get a personalized wardrobe road map with a finish line!
You go to Cladwell and log in. Personal preferences are saved. Their system goes to work with your information which spits out a wardrobe, listing the items you need most in order. Alpha shares his wardrobe recommendations from Cladwell.
Check all of the items you have. For items you don't have, click on the item and buy it or go to the physical store to try it on. Once you've checked all the items, your wardrobe is complete. You can also go for recommendations for specific items such as jeans-- as well as specific price points for those items.

flys...flys are great
You have to be in a incline bench to target your upper chest. You can really do anything as long as it's inclined(flys, dumbbell presses, barbell presses).
You can target the upper chest but not the inner chest. There is no such thing as an "inner chest" muscle, every guy's chest will look sort of different in regards to inner chest.

That's really an awesome site, BUT, it doesn't exactly help out us normal folk who don't make much. I'm stuck as a part-time employee making $9 an hour, but I still recognize that image is very important, especially when it comes to getting a better job. Any tips for that? Would be appreciated.

There's a lot of good stuff to be found at thrift stores if you are comfortable with that. You can find one near a neighborhood where there are a lot of well off people to find barely used higher end clothes for less than $20 a piece. You need to have a good eye and some free time though because not everything is gold in those stores.
Otherwise. Target is good. Costco has good prices if you happen to have a membership. Stores like H&M are good if you have a slim build. Always shop sales and learn the sales cycles, for example buying jackets in the summer and swimsuits in the winter. Nothing will ever be as cheap as thrift though. :)
Drag0ncl0ud I'm certainly not too proud to go to a thrift store, I do it fairly often actually. The only problem with them is living in a fairly small town, so they don't have a very large inventory.

H&M has a ton of fantastic looking suits. The quality may not be up there but if you take care of the fabric properly it will certainly last you. Thrift stores are also fantastic, and another good skill to learn is sewing. ;)

I checked out this site and signed up. It seems that it is a little outdated already. Most of the items it recommends are out of stock. It even says right on their page that they are out of stock or no longer available. Thankfully, it gives lots of good ideas and I can compare what it shows to other items that I might want. Hey alpha. I am 18 years old and i just finished my school. The moment i finished my school i had to get id card,driving license bla bla bla. In every situation i was asked to put my signature, which i was never asked before.So i don't have my own signature and i just use my name instead. But i wanna get a signature like other people to use in my "business" and the rest of my life. Can you make a video talking about making your own signature and what to consider while doing so. Zach Walsh Watch the alpha m projects, when he takes them to JC Penny his budget for clothing is about $600. Without the shoes.
I would also look at your closet and see what you're missing. Do you have basic t-shirts with a good fit? Do you have well fiting jeans? How about a stepped up outfit for an interview? analyze what you need and invest into that first. I'm a teen and that's what I'm currently doing. stick with essentials, then buy them again in higher quality later on before buying trendy pieces.
For shoes I figure you have sneakers ready so maybe get a nice boot to change up. Or monk straps or even loafers. I personally like to be able to elevate and change my looks up from casual all the time. hope this helps

It's not free anymore, and it's not worth paying for. It's very generic. They say their "stylists" are picking clothes for me, when actually it feels more like an algorithm. The colors are just based on your hair, skin, and eye color/shine. They ask me for my measurements, which I gave, and some were vague like 'short, average, tall.' I wonder if they are even considering these measurements. Also, they ask me how much I'm willing to pay ($, $$, or $$$) and after choosing $ the clothes were still pretty expensive. I found the clothes they suggested at Amazon for much cheaper. The clothes' sizes weren't even pre-chosen based on my measurements or anything. Would have been a cool website if it were free, but since it's not you'd at least expect a human to give input on your clothes, or at least for them to find the right clothes for you at the price you told them.
I don't like the idea of a website showing me what two wear. That's leaning to much on technology. You need to learn and feel what style is.

Dude please, something, ANYTHING, to solve my miserable historical problem of frizz hair. Little hairs flying all over my head and it annoys the hell out of me and everybody around me. Plus it just looks damn funky! I used to use Kerastase Shampoo & conditioner for like a year, then I gave up after no results and switched to babies shampoo from Johnson now (also no results). HELP!
How long is your hair? Try an anti-frizz cream or serum.
Micah McGahee It's short . Anti-frizz does work as a temporarily solution until the next shower, though I was hoping to get this solved without relaying on using something daily.
MrCJ1988 I see. Maybe next time you get your hair cut, consider getting it textured. That will probably cut back on the frizz quite a bit. Also consider using a moisturizing shampoo and/or conditioner or a smoothing shampoo and/or conditioner. Then, if you're into styling products, try a styling cream or gel. American Crew makes a texture lotion that you may like.
