JGJ reminds me so much of a classic rockstar.. his voice, his look and his whole stage presence. I love that Moritz is this damage and vulnerable character and JGJ is such a rockstar... love him

I'm not sure, that's my interpretation, but I think it is a metaphor for the good and happy memories of their childhood coming in a 'blow' to her head as she speaks to Moritz. And it's 'blue', because she realizes that in the past they didn't have many problems and concerns as they have today.

Which is PERFECT for Ilse! When I first heard the soundtrack I thought she was black (not that that matters) because her voice sounded so soul full, which a lot of girls don't really achieve, cause lets face it, black people have way better pipes than anyother race.

When I first heard "Bubbly" she sang it with a certain inflection which made me believe she was black (like I said, not that it matters)... Obviously, Colbie Caillat is NOT Black, but the inflection she sings with has that Soulful Jazzy feel that is common in black people.
I hate to say this, because I do truly adore them and the show, but what is with Johns bottom lip? It was like he was acting like a drunk rock star. :(

I saw it on Broadway last summer and it was a lot better then I thought it was going to be (I even had low expectations). I'm pretty sure the people who choose the shows aren't all gay. or assholes.
