This was so challenging and left me feeling buzzy and happy. I'm going to try it with toe spacers next time. I didn't have them with me when I was at the gym doing this flow today. Anyway, thank you so much for a wonderful class. 💞
really amazing! as always, so creative and great cues. the slow and controlled moves really help me focus on how to engage my muscles. got me shaking and sweating. not my most 'balanced' day, so, had to keep my heels down and hold on to the wall. but, i will return:)
THIS!! I feel SO many muscles / tiny ones activated....plus no back pain! Standing pilates works better than mat for me bc of my lower back issues. It seems logical also that standing pilates uses more core bc you're standing up...is that correct?
Great class. My sympathies to you not having pretty dresses for tap dancing. That's why most little girls start dance class. I'm surprised your tap teacher didn't have a riot o her hands 😂
