I wish I could remember the clutches that CATVOS installed on my 800 Commander. I know one thing though when you put it in gear it will jerk extremely hard until it gets warmed up, but it could be the belt I run ( HighLifter C-3 ) it was the only belt that lasted any time. When CATVOS installed my lift and clutches they put a High Performance belt on it and within a week I was swapping it out for my old HighLifter belt
Would that be dangerous for steep trail riding ? I'd hate for it to wheelie when trying to climb a mountain. Would you recommend replacing primary or secondary first?
What are the specs for the rod you used for the spring part? About to order and install an STM secondary and would like to have all the tools needed and ready to go.
Well...you made a solid choice there! I think you over compensated for the "rod" there bud! 😂 If you ain't learning you ain't livin........STM is definitely on the list!
I found a huge difference in using the STM secondary over the stock, which most said there wouldn't be much of a difference. How do you find it so far?
I'm not sure why you bought the threaded rod. It looks as if your bag has the Nylon Piece and Bolt that you would use to compress the Spring or am I missing something? When you Order the STM Secondary it is supposed to come with the Spring Compression Tool

Nice bud. Sweet clutches.
Yes, big fan of the billet . Haha
Wow! NIce mud! I also plan to drive my Polaris this weekend.
That's the combination my dad runs on his 2017 renegade xmr. He pops wheelies so easily because of how aggressive the primary clutch was set to
Right on, wicked setup

Can you please tell me where to get this set up at? My factory clutches and belt just aren't holding up. Pretty much junk in my opinion.
