Thank you for these. I have multiple sclerosis and now I say it like it is. I don't hold back when I don't like something I confront.

I developed T2 diabetes via PCOS.
I became a T1D from autoimmune issues after being in a covert narcissistic sociopath relationship for 6 years. He tried to unalive me by strangulation. I was SA & physically, emotionally and psychologically abused.

It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by emotions at times. Finding healthy outlets to express them can really help.

It'samazing how people keep talking about the problems but they rarely give you solutions. how do you release suppressed anger?

    • @yourinnerchildmatters

You're absolutely right! It's important to focus on solutions rather than just discussing the problems. One way to release suppressed anger is through healthy outlets like exercise, journaling, or talking it out with someone you trust.

They are educating, because, recognising what trauma is and that it is there in you, is the beginning of healing 😊

Coming from a country ravaged by generational trauma due to two horrible occupations, German and Russian, I was mortified to learn that Mate is actively speaking out against Ukraine, where Russia is again commited to its usual behaviour.
