Thankyou so much for this info we have just spent 900 euro on a compressor but the system is still faulty but you have given me some hope and I will now look at the other part.
Another great video mate, you certainly know your stuff, top top mechanic, think I know who to contact if I have any car issues, keep up the great work 👍
bro the pin tabs across the bottom of the liner that you popped in to release, how do you get those back in so the pin sits flush again when reinstalling?
Great work there brother, I got the same problem with my350e, compressor is ok and confirmed by the AA report. The AA guy thinks it’s the control module (Pressure Accumulator Valve) was the fault reported on his scan tool. I was wondering if you had to do re orientation with the ECU even though it was a parts match. Also, did you ever pull the old control unit apart to have a look at the motherboard. Maybe you can do a further video on it. Thanks for all your hard work.
Hi, so after fitting both sensors calibration was done and the car sets itself up automatically . However the next day its sitting normally and as soon as I start it up for some reason it says vehicle raising and the pump kicks in however instead of up the front goes down and after a few minute so does the back . I don't understand why it tries to raise itself up when it is sitting normally . All the diagnostic tool says is , correction time when filling is too long , ???
Great fix... how can I get intouch with u mate... have a similar issue but its only on the back side...its normal till I put a load at the back then it suspension goes...thanks
I've reconditioned the compressor replaced the suspension but the back end is still not rising up and has a malfunction any help? Thank you for uploading content on the c350e appreciate it 👍
Hi great video . Had this problem with my c350e, took it to mechanic and according to them both front sensors needed changing . However in the morning ,same problem, vehicle was normal height but it said please wait vehicle rising and then the front collapsed . After 3 attempts switching car off and on it rose. I pressed the raise button and the vehicle rose higher no problem so the pump works. Any ideas what it could be and will a diagnostic tool say exactly what it is?
I currently have this issue with my mercedes. Haven't been able to find anyone who can fix it. Was wondering If you could help or know anyone who might - East London area.
Don't buy it . I own a 2019 c350e I saw this video 1 year ago and started to worry my suspension would fail. Yesterday it did and Im on holiday in a remote location 😤
I wish I came across this video before I sent my car to the garage. You seem to know the car like the back of your hand. After spending ££££ my car suspension is still not fixed
Hello people I have a Mercedes-Benz e220d had same problem back of car falling to the floor every morning. Took to Mercedes-Benz garage they charged me £1.475 to replace compresser new hose and electric level control software update and block relay and fuse .that's the price in 2025
A very comprehensive fault diagnosis with a subsequent repair and all at the side of the road! Excellent and thank you.
Brilliant video and explanation, one of the best I have ever seen!

You really the man!Surprisingly complicated system. The amount of wiring underneath there almost like jet fighter😅

Thanks for the video! Was there any need to do any programming for the air suspension control unit?
Hi, there is no programming needed, but you might have to calibrate it

I noticed when you where showing us the second ecu unit, the car was sitting right on the suspension 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Must admit I had an older c350e on the short list for my next car, but this known air suspension issue is kind of putting me off it!
