For the first film they shot at a real home in a community called Picket Post Close, but for the later films they had to build an identical model house instead! This was because they didn’t always have access to the house for reshoots, so it was easier to just build a set rather than film on location.

I haven't seen any of the movies, but if Voldemort didn't threaten Peter, then Cedric would've still been alive.
