That will go down in history, that Jamie Foxx & Doug Williams Roast!!! A Classic!!!
Doug Williams is a cautionary tale for comedians who show up unprepared.
It's a ROAST! This happens! Come weak with a bunch of comedic heavyweights and this is what happens! If Doug was aware, he could have shut Jamie up reeeeaal quick with as many rumors that were floating around about him then!
Aaron Briggs No this has never happen before any roast. There have been PLENTY of roast where a couple of people were lame but there were not treated like that. If jokes were made, the person waited till it WAS their TURN TO SPEAK. An didnt drown the person that was speaking out. And there was nothing doug could do, Jamie had the loudest mic. It wasnt like a regular heckler in the audience. You say it happens. Show me one Roast where this has happened before. I'll show you plenty where the people talking were flat or unfunny or didn't get many laughs. EVERY host had he respect and professionalism to give them their time and didn't act like a common drunk heckler. The point was that Jamie took advantage of the fact he was the host with loudest mic He could have waited till Doug sat down like every other host during a roast.
The people defending Jamie do not understand the true purpose of a roast. They do understand how long they have been going on far and how many hardcore legends have hosted them It's not just about being a jackass or being some immature high school brat.
@@ericaisright True true. You're absolutely right.
@@ericaisright Jamie gave him every opportunity to fire back. What are you smoking? After every comment he said he sat there and waited for Doug. Doug was not equipped to hang with good comedians, plain and simple.
Man at a roast, anyone can get it. I understand it’s usually for a specific person but these are comedy heavyweights and if you’re a up and comer you better have to shit together. Monique was tryin to encourage the man to fight back but he damn near froze like papa doc at the end of 8 mile lol
It is great to watch Jamie Foxx on Foxxhole
This seriously needs to be animated😂😂😂
He can blame it on the alcohol all he wants. He was rude. He constantly talked over a lesser known comedian while they were performing. No matter how funny it was to some, you don't deny a fellow entertainer a rare opportunity like this.
+Mikey Millions he started off choking. all Jamie did was make that bomb funny....
+Xavier Imperial You know if that was you or your family, you would be singing a different song man.
Very true
lol if he worked on that set for months, he deserved to get lit up. doug was dry and boring. stop whining lol. the only reason people remember doug is because of jamie foxx smh
right, he had 2 min before that n killed himself...not 1 thing was even semi funny..fox just burried him n made that shit memorable actually hah..he def deserved to get shitted on too..he had an opportunity like that n did THAT with it?? he coulda talked over him n roasted him the same way had he any balls n content..
That wasn't no alcohol! Jaimie burned him for coming at him about his acting! ...THAT...SHIT...WAS ...BRUTAL!!!!
you should read the backstory before you comment. before the show, Jamie actually tried to help out Doug (and others) with some advice but Doug
shrugged him off and did his own thing.
I always looked at Jaimie Foxx like a uncle lol ever since I used to love his show lbs he is hilarious
Clear as spring water. Thanks man.
Jamie knows he used his vastly overwhelming acting, improvisational comedy and MERC'd Doug lol. Doug had plenty
of time and probably some amazing comedy writers to help him with his act but he came out and it wasn't happening. Doug
to be fair is an outstanding comic. I've seen his stand up a few times and it's hilarious. Just wasn't his NIGHT that night.
No real stand up comedian would disrespect another comedian like that to the point of heckling
Your idea of a "real" stand up comedian is different than just about everyone else in comedy.
Roasts are the brilliance of comedy...the best comedians taking the best shots at each other, there is nothing better than a good Roast!
he has me in tears, kmsl😂
