    Yes, it's a blue tooth HR monitor that we use with our IPad's.

    The HR app is Digifit and we are using a blue tooth monitor called wahoo fitness!

      Hey Kris. In one video you mention about supplements to help build and strengthen tendons, one supplement was Flaxseed oil but I can never catch the other supplement you say, it sounds like GSE but not too sure. Can you get back to me please.

    I'm looking for training manuals I can use to get stronger, any recommendation?. There are 3 top climbing training manuals my 5.14 climbing friend recommended: Gimme Kraft, Training for Climbing and the newest “Climbing Workouts Essential Training - volume II” I do not know which one, suggestions?

      +jordanh031 It's like a barbell curl but It keeps equal resistance all the way through. It is used to isolate the biceps.
