    In the second case scenario, is the answer directed all the time to the medical student? , it means that we dont have the patient in front of us, isn't it?. it also would mean that we are in a teaching context, then, we have to start introducing maybe ourselves also and then explaining to the student the condition of the patient to later proceed with the X-Ray, or the student is the one who tell us about the patient? ..Thanks.

    Why not mri brain with mr angio in third scenario....as ischemic stroke will be better picked on mri then ct

      CT scan is fast to rule out haemorrhagic stroke. MRI takes time and will delay treatment.
