Never lift a large product out of the box in polystyrene as the bottom can fall away from the product and risk damaging it on the floor. Always open the lid and then turn the box over and lift it off.

I have tried sometimes warming the milk prior to using it in the machine but I am uncertain as to whether I am damaging the machine. 2. When you go in to the menu, it has cortado listed in the settings however that isn't an option on the face of the machine. Could you possibly shed some light as I do love a cortado. Thanks again for being the "easy manual" for us all. Much appreciated.

Hey there, I don't recommend putting in to a cupboard because you need to refill water from the top and empty the drip tray regularly. The nozzle is adjustable, I'm estimating it can take a max. 500ml cups.
