A you aware , that its possible to go to settings and set a hotter water temperature ??? For a hotter drink ? Many users are not aware of this feature. Do you use the telephone App to extdnd the choice of drink , like flat white etc .

Thank you for asking. I tried to leave the machine on all the time. The latte and Cappuccino is hot but not as you get in shops. The black coffee is hot and drinkable.
The normal coffee(caffe creme) should not exceed 82-84 C, otherwise you will burn the coffee. You can also raise the temperature by grinding finer. Because then the water doesn’t run so fast. So it has more time to heat up.
I have just returned a brand new nespresso machine was sending steam though the coffee . I’m now looking for a new machine and maybe a sage grinder £200 ish and maybe a 3in 1 Lakeland or Dualit’s any views I hate people putting boiling water on any coffee
The machine is working as new after 2 years. I am still enjoying the coffee.

Cappuccino is never supposed to be Hot. It should be warm enough to sip it right away. That's exactly how Cappuccino needs to be.
The think I hate most when I ask for a cappucino or a latte in a shop and they boil it to 100 degrees. Well said!

How does the coffee turn out when using grided coffee (filter ready)?
I have not tried it yet, I always use coffee beans. The quality of coffee is excellent. Very satisfied so far..
what is the black tablet inside the water canister?
