@@words007 if this is Brazil, that was likely a small Caiman and poses very little threat to them
I learned this a few years ago, piranhas actually only eat dead animals. I found this out from a guy on TikTok who has a few of them as pets and he stuck his hand in the tank and they swam away from it. It was pretty interesting

Looks about as big as the ones in the movies. Imagine taking a nature walk alongside these plains ( unknowing) of the imminent danger of these super sized constrictors lurking through the waters?
Imminent danger? Have you at least watched the video before commenting or have you come here straight from watching such movies? Anacondas are fish eaters, their prey tends to be very small compared to its body mass. If an adult human walks along a water bank, an anaconda either won't react at all or it will flee in the opposite direction.
@@danielb.2385 it eats things sometimes tougher and bigger than humans . They just don’t see us as food because we don’t interact with them a lot .

There was no risk she was that big just because she had eaten an animal.. she was in the digesting phase.. in fact the camera man getting so close could stress her and make her vomit her meal to get away quickly out of there.

Amazing! A 30ft, 500lb anaconda can move so gracefully and effortlessly through the water -- it's easy to understand why they're an apex predator when you see them swimming!

Pythons don't stay under water, though they subsequently submerged from time to time, but they can't stay under water like Anacondas....and Anacondas doesn't lay eggs like pythons do....its a Anaconda...
