Hey! Thanks man 😊 Like sleepy said, if you press Chi-ji, every offensive ability (Tiger palm/Blackout kick/RisingSunKick/SpinningCraneKick) reduces to mana cost + cast time by 33% and this stacks up to 3 times, hitting 100% reduce cast time + mana cost which makes it an instant cast 🙏
Thanks mate! 💚 Yeah I do unfortunately think dance of chi-ji is a dead talent...It does proc and you can definitely see some damage difference, but the 8% stats from secret infusion is just soo good, its basicly another defensive with Thunder Focus Tea + Expel Harm 🙏

chiji will reduce the cost and cast time of enveloping mist
