Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists-from Pushroot Films’ soulful, high-tech “11:44” to M Jay Homer’s adorably puppy-filled “The Promise” and all the erudite documentaries in between, the judges have their work cut out for them. Our production team at Vedauwoo Ronin Films is enthusiastically honored to be considered a peer amongst each and every filmmaker.
We would like to thank all friends, family, financiers, and fans around the world for getting “Lazarus of the Hearse Whisperers” into the Top Ten- and EXTRA SPECIAL Thankee Sai to RUclipsTrending, AMC’s TheWalkingDead, RedDeadVideos, TromaArmy, IFCFilms, SundanceChannel, and NetflixOriginals for following, ReTweeting, and voting for our campaign. This would not be possible without the combined efforts of your organizations’ support. Like you, we at Vedauwoo Ronin cannot seem to watch and laugh at “Lazarus of the Hearse Whisperers” enough. Thank you all for putting this contest even more in the International Spotlight.
We at Vedauwoo Ronin Films know the aim of the Wyoming Short Film Contest is to unite the best filmmakers so that we may become a more aggressive contender with other states for studio motion pictures to spend their inflated budgets on our local talent, crew, and hospitality. Consequently, we are on a mission to use the $25,000 at stake as an investment to hire aspiring local talent alongside LA and NYC-based professionals in a series of productions to be released in a massive marketing campaign that will end up returning a minimum of $200,000 to the State of Wyoming in 2015 by virtue of sponsorship and various angel investors.
