Just curious…the 85/15’s are very good pickups but why not choose different pickups…new model with different pickups…just to shake things up a little…just throwing it out there 👍

I have the same green sandblasted finish on my Jackson. I have never owned a PRS but the green sandblasted model looks like it would be right up my street.
Tried to buy one of these when they were released in the UK in 2019, but they were not allowed to ship to the US. The location of the pickup selector has changed. In the 2019 model, it was between the knobs.
Pretty radical. I did a couple of dives and the strings stayed in tune pretty well. You can always change the tuners over to locking, especially at this price point 😊 Have an awesome day!

Ah thats a great question! Well, I only have experience between my 2003 USA Custom 24 with the old profile Wide/Thin neck, my 2020 custom 24 with Pattern Regular, and a few other PRS guitars I have played and tried out over the last year. The Wide/Thin is ever so slightly slimmer feeling in my hands, but by a hair. Same between pattern thin and regular. In fact I looked up the specs when i was thinking about buying my 2020 Faded Whale Blue Core guitar as it has a Pattern Regular neck and the difference between them was 1/64th inch at the 1st fret and 1/32nd inch at the 12th fret. My hands could barely feel the difference to be honest. So, there are slight differences but not so much as to make the necks feel fatter or slimmer in my experience. The SE neck feels a touch different to my Core series guitars, and I imagine thats just got to do with the Core series being hand built and refined/sanded in the USA and the SE range being built in a different factory in Indonesia. I played a few today, didn't buy one. Looks cool, plays extremely well for a budget import (where were these 20-30 years ago) but ultimately said no thanks. If you've played SE series before you know what to expect. They all play pretty much the same, up to the Holcomb level. This one is nice without the gloss neck but otherwise typical SE feel. If you like that you're a lucky player. I personally do not care for their "wide thin" neck profile. Thin where? That's their usual chunky feeling neck. That's too bad.
Jay, what are your thoughts on the LTD GL DESERT EAGLE by ESP? I've always wanted one of George's style of guitars but am on a budget; can't afford a custom build by anybody but would like your thoughts please and figured you'd be impartial. 🙏

That looks rather good that model looks more expensive than it is, the stock pickups can do a job, alough I believe they coil split really well, they sounded great in the mix tbh, would love to see more prs content, they are a special brand I only picked up an SE custom 24 about 7-8 years ago couldn't believe I'd never played or bought one, totally hooked aswell as their amps and amp cabs, don't buy pedals much these days but would be interested in hereing demos of their pedals.

Sometimes a few hours beforehand (I’ve been cutting it fine with my work and upload schedule lately). Patreon level 1 is access to one update video per month which is properly behind the scenes, and image posts that I do over there quite regularly. Patreon level 2 is pretty much full beans - weekly videos updates, new gear pics and details, plans, playthrough go up way before video release (sometimes a week before), one-to-one contact with me through chat, message, phone as well if people wanna chat, sharing future plans, etc, etc. Plus there is a whole cache of previous posts that I’ve done, backing tracks, even a logic template somewhere on there, EPs and music. Hay jay I got 5 core lines Models. Two sas 2010 & 1997 with flame all maple neck Tran red with seymour phatcat 90 . Other is special sim/ hollow tran Faded blue the paul tran red top & hollow body 2 trsn motto blue & sas 2010 tran red ash top look this one you got it pop man I love feel of wood I always like one them . Now re run again I got some se two Santana yellow and gold now just buy s2 mccarty in tran green upgrade pickup lollar 90 nk thornbucker in brig I was call it It's quits buy more ... but man ' That one . Other colours in line 😍 Only not long time go . D Grisham New came out . I have fine room now. Ah ah. Ing this you got so cool ok it's thin wide neck ok I like standard just . More se 24 I had two of 6 year go I used play it It ok I cannot adapt to it 😂
Once you see the birds are flying the wrong direction you can't unsee it. They should be turned 180 so they aren't flying downwards in the playing position.
I hear you about the price but I think the finish is worth the extra bucks 😊 the swamp ash does look and feel amazing. But I totally respect it’s a personal choice. Have an awesome day!

How radical can you get with its trem.........full dive bombs and stay in tune?

These PRS necks have rolled edges ?
The fretboard edges are dressed and beveled just as the regular CE and other models. Hope that helps!
