The dappled Palomino mare looks like the dappled Palomino gelding I get to take care of. She is a sweet mare. Keep her and her foal. I also owned a Palomino by the name of I'm a Justice Boy. No dapples. I have a name of Peaches for the mare. Glad the mare didn't break out bucking, shying or moving away from you, Alan. Can't wait for the next video to see how she is with a rider on her back.

Hi, Alan and Vicki. Both of these animals are gorgeous. Vicki, I could hear the fear in you for Alan's safety when he first went in the round pen with Big Red. Then all the time he had both horses out of the pen and at the hitching post (don't know what else to call it), it was all about him looking out for your safety. You two make the best couple together. You both have a great week. And as always, take good care on the farm and stay well.

I am not a horse person yet, but by gaining knowledge as I prep for our purchase of our dream, I am watching and learning. I am not even certain if we will even have horses, but if I do. Those two of the four would of been my choice. Thank you for sharing your life with us. God Bless!

I think someone omitted part of the story on this one...I've trained a lot like this and he seems like a horse that had a bad experience or two during their initial saddling and riding (saddle went under, rider went off). They end up feeling like they have to watch their own backs and protect themselves because their experience has been that humans set them up to fail and leave them out to dry.

A CAR HIT HEIDI IN THE BUTT, KNOCKED HER DOWN.AT THAT TIME,I Started losing my Eyesight
The Vet did not know how Badly hurt Heidi was.he got her standing and eased her walking.i could her just About SEE her,I was SO Nearsighted.
So Heidi GIMPED and got Stronger.SHE LED ME SLOWLY.I WAS SCARED,SHE SLOWED DOWN.HEIDI FIXED MY EYES.YES,SHE DID.

Both horses are going to work out fine and make you some money. Some folks don't understand this is a small working farm/ranch, animals need to pay their way. Most must be sold. Big Red looks to be green broke, rode him 4 jumps got dumped and hurt. Acts like he has been eared down. He should be fine. Sweet thing just needs to figure out what you want, if she is not in foal you need the vet. That don't look like grass belly to me and there sure wasn't any grass where she was. All in all it looks like you did well on these. Just don't get more than you and Blake can keep up with. I am still enjoying your vlog.
