Such a piece of exotic beauty - tomorrow at work I’m going to play the part from about 4:14 to 4:50 so my coworkers can say, OMG, that is so beautiful. And they will too. Now and then I surprise them with some great piano music by Chopin or Liszt or Scriabin.
Yes. Even when not familiar with piano music, at least not popular piano. I’m guessing many people today are completely removed from classical music (or in my case 19th century romantic) just like art, architecture, and design of all kinds.
The chords at the beginning are so perfectly balanced.
Favourite performance! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wonderful piece that I played at Jeunesse Musicale Night Concert when I was 16.
My favourite rendition
Шопен необычайно разнообразен, как и сама
Наша жизнь

Nice... but at 1;10 ...1; 11 i hear lower notes as if on a Bosendorfer Imperial..Or is Cziffra playing a fifth along with the octaves in the bass???
Very good but his 'live' performances are even more inspired.
Which edition is this?
Bravo
