Former Sen Al Franken was a comedian. He then took his college work in politics and transferred that into working for the government. He was one of the drivers of the Ape, at the end of this movie. He was the one asking why he could not be allowed to drive when they were loading the Ape onto the train.

Love this movie! Have seen it sooo many times! As a matter of fact I saw it last week!! It's a classic!!😊
