Narayan & Janet's melodic arayan & Janet were inspired to start their music brand in 2001 when they met on-stage playing in a popular casino showband in the Seattle area. Bursting with creativity, falling deeply in love, they became intent on promoting the music and positive vibes of their original compositions. Narayan leaned early on into jazz, big band and swing and Janet into rock, blues and soul. Married for 20 years, the two now create a unique blend of all these influences. They are making a splash this year broadcasting Livestreams from their Northern California home in Santa Rosa that provides a connection to their loving community of superfans. The ultimate goal of the couple is to give listeners an opportunity to lift their spirits, elevate their mood and groove on high-vibe music and lyrics. Narayan & Janet ‘s love is heard in their vocal blend. They are prolific songwriters and multi-instrumentalists including Hammond B-3 and Fender Rhodes, trumpet, flugelhorn and ukulele.
