Thank you Mr. Bradley! I love this version of the song. You did a really good job with the tutorial for my level. I was struggling to get the strum right and you broke it down for me. Now I can sing and play the song. Good job!
you explain so good, also, can you do others songs of bill withers? like lonely town lonely street, or steppin right along, are a nice songs that you could like. thanks for the lesson!
Wow.... I have to say, how impressive and fascinating it was to watch such an educated (where did you go to school?j and talented musician work through and teach this song!! I couldn’t have asked for more. (Side note) Maybe Bradley was joking...? But I was totally surprised when he said it was the first time he had heard this song haha But hey.. everyone can’t see, hear and know everything. Most importantly, A Big Thanks to Bradley for putting in the time to make this video.
What's crazy is I just needed the voicing for the two chords he was using because I found the rhythm easy to play. I'm the kind of guy that when you start breaking it down and showing how technical it is I loose all sense of how it's done. If someone were to ask me how I did a riff or lick I wouldn't be able to explain it to them because I have problems with patterns and when I analyze it, it brakes down.
Hey - I'll be starting live guitar classes for free any day now (testing tonite) - you should ask this again on a chat - and take the classes. www.twitch.tv/bradleyfishmusic
I am simply blown away that you haven't heard of this song before. Unbelievable actually.
