daisy gun is a nice shooter impressive . my daisy 922 and 917 come with single tray or 5 shot clips l like the 5 shot clip's. the daisy 753 is a sweet gun l never owned one. l really like the daisy pump handle style and daisy are known for easy to pump. my daisy 880 series collection is my all time favorite. of all pumper air gun's. all from the 1970's.
I just picked up an old 853 with a wood stock. The paint is partially worn off the barrel and the grip has ingrained dirt, oils, and sweat, but it shoots well, so the rest is just history in it's patina. I'm not going to refinish anything. I'll just shoot and enjoy it. It came with the peep sights, but watching you shoot it with a scope at 25 yards, I can't help wondering if I could get more out of the gun if I scope it. 🤔
I wish my Daisy 880S shot as well as your Diasy 753S. My rifle is a scatter shooter at 20 yards. As a control test, I shot my old Winchester/Diana 425 (.22 cal) at the same distance and got a 1/2" group.
@@WalnutandSteel For pest birds, and maybe rats, chipmunks, and red squirrels, I bet it would work up close with good shot placement; especially with a good alloy like the H&N Greens, Predator GTO, and those RWS HyperMax pointedsb
@@WalnutandSteelYou might be using the big garage range awhile unfortunately. Mother Nature is in her windy rainy mood. Been using the 1377 & Brodax 44 indoors with some of the Rimfire targets. Did cut off power to ceiling fan so no wind issues lol.
@@WalnutandSteelHope the targets work. I like that they are rigid even if cut in sections. On bottom of a half of larger target I put 8 of 9 pellets/7.8gr in a single hole in the smaller sighter target with the 1377 at 20ft. Covered it with my little fingernail. Was after I switched back to pink polish on front sight because eyes weren't picking up luminescent green. 😂Trying to get Boom into Airgun shooting possible Co2.

I think gun is a little too slow for ethical hunting use.
