The quality of the Dental Education is going down, because MDS graduates with poor aptitude for teaching are joining as faculty. Those who have studied under Management Quota will not be interested in teaching.MDS Faculties, in general, will be interested in discussing around which college offers better pay and how to join there. I can comment so, as I have worked as tutor in a dental college, upon BDS qualification. It is better to make compulsory Assistant Professorship Exams like UGC-NET, CSIR-NET for Dental Faculty also

Dont get me wrong but sachai to ye hai ki dentistry me kisi v branches me ab job nhi rhi.Mai khud bhopal se dentistry kar rha hu aur mere clg me oral surgery department k faculties 14000 rs me job kar rhe hain aur bds ko to 5000 mil rhe hain.I dont want to demotivate anyone but atlast everything depends upon your luck,contact,and ap apni senior ki kitni chaat sakte hain.Its rude but its reality.
@@preetyprincess1197 centerl eligiblit test isa kuch hai... Clg me aaye the iska form bharn k liye... Mere sabhi dosto ne bhara kuch ne to iska crash course bhi lagaya hai
@@vaidehiawari7795 bds are doing consultancy for endo... And i have seen they r doing much better than mds... If u join endo courses you will get clear idea for endo so you don't need consultancy. Even for ortho.. Some bds are even doing consultancy for implant. So what's the use of mds except the degree??!!!!
@@ajaymunde4224 yes it is... It's not just India it's all over the world. If you're a dentist you're legal to do any dentistry work whether it be ortho, endo or implant. There is no rule that only mds can do. Some bds are also speakers of orthodontics and teachers of orthodontic in IDA. MDS is just good for job prospects nothing else. But nowadays job prospects are also going down. So better your own choice.
MDS is very very costly sir My sister is currently doing MDS and i feel like money is going like hell, i really don’t when will this end 2 lakhs for instruments , seprate money for confrence registration, and fees is also amazing package , I suggest never do MDS just try for government job you will not be able to earn that much money like you are investing right now….
Hello. Sir i am preparing for neet mds 2021 . I am amining for om or op seat . I havent done any practice after passing bds due to presonal reason . Soo if i want to clinical like perio i would be able to learn everything in 3 year as am away from denatl practice for past3 year now. Plz do reply i will be waiting

I don't suggest to do MDS courses. People with MDS are not getting jobs. Instead, better to pursue MBA, appear for Civil Services @ State Level, UPSC.

Sir general practitioners can also do rcts in clinic so then what is the scope of endo in mds?
