I have a lady went there for biometrics Canada PR, but she says that they did not return her the passport same day, but it will come courier in 2 days is it true and possible?

I went to the same biometrics centre in Delhi. The guy on the reception asked me to pay ₹1140 for regular service then I thought why not just pay ₹3140 for premium. The staff was nice .
After biometric how many months later ur visa come

Thanks for the detailed information. All of the things you informed are crisp and to the point. However, while giving the fingerprints at the 6x6 room you mentioned, do we need to remove any ornaments on fingers like gold rings or bracelets? Coz, I have one ring on my right-hand side finger and won't come without using soap. If we need to remove it, I have to do it at home itself.
Ideally a ring shouldn't interfere with the biometric process. But you know how things usually go around these things. Why take a risk? I think you can take it off for a such an important day. Getting a Biometrics appointment is already a task nowadays. Don't risk it.

No they did not keep my passport. Once I got confirmation in GC key account that my application has been approved. I sent my passport through 2-way courier service.

Great video Piyush. One question : when booking the appointment, which one do we select? 'Biometric enrollment' or 'biometric enrollment for students only' ?
For study permit you have to select student only.

I've consulted VFS, they confirmed that any category works for students. Both are fine.

As far as I can recall. No. I signed only the consent form, which the Delhi VFS didn't even ask for.

You said VFS premium service doesn't make any difference. But if the courier service takes 2-4 days instead of 25 days, then eventually it's helping you to get the VISA faster due to faster processing. Isn't that correct ?

No they need an application number to link to the biometrics. Need to file visa first.
