Yes, you are right.. I took premium and given biometrics then returned home and checked in the IRCC portal .. The biometrics got updated… Paisa feko thamasha dekoo..😅
I chose premium and my process was very fast & my friend's who took normal are still struggling. I already got my visa nd they are still waiting. Thank You for your advice.

I got my biometrics done today at new Delhi today along with my wife.
It hardly took 5 minutes. Pls note that VFS doesn't allow any extra bags or umbrellas. So, pls do not carry any extra things.
You can opt for premium service also it's good.

I did my Biometrics at VFS Mumbai on May 24th, I chose Normal service,
I went inside at 10:15 exactly and was out by 10:26, and my biometrics were updated on IRCC by 10:44 , premium is definitely a waste 😂🤦♂️

Agree with you. Premium is waste of money. In addition you need to pay courier charges while passport is being sent for stamping to Canada consulate and delivered back to your home. I could not digest the additional courier charges for pickup of the passport.

One thing which is somewhat extra is that one of my friend's son got a sim card issued and got Activated one day before reaching canada. Plus he saved atleast 50cad as others had to buy that card there.
$50 seems a big amount here but it isn’t in canada so don’t stress about saving $50 because you’ll easily be spending way more on extra necessary expenses which you won’t realise once you land in canada.

Great video, small request can u plz make a video about general terms as u explained Gckey and Ircc website from where we track our visa application. I am appying through a constant and have no idea about these things

I took normal service and my visa got stamped on 5th day so don't take premium .

I went to VFS delhi. The guy on the counter was asking for 1140 for normal service. Then I thought why bother saving another 2000 hence I took premium.

Thanks for the video but just normal feedback as i went for biometric at jalandhar and chose primium service which cost me INR 3380/ but they only offered water nothing else like eatables....

If I’d have to conclude I’ll say if you are not in a hurry for your visa and your profile is decent than u can go normal otherwise if you’re slightly in a hurry u can choose premium.

@@arnesh0439 Normal can take anywhere b/w 1 and 7-10 days to get updated on gckey however for premium it is guaranteed to get updated the very same day.
Courier takes 10-15 days in normal and 5 days in premium.

Most probably anytime in January or early February✅

sir .mere documents and bil letter pe last name include hai but biometric appointment letter pe sirf first name hi hai , is this create a big issue ??
I don’t think it’s going to be that big of an issue but in my case even in my appointment letter my full name is there, so have a check if you can get it fixed by submitting a webform or otherwise call VFS and ask them if that’s an issue and they’ll tell you the exact answer.!!
Hey, i wanted to ask that in premium service people have to pay first for stamping but those who opt for normal service they dont psy for stamping. And in this case if visa got rejected , the normal people dont have to pay anything right,not even for stamping right. So is normal a safe mode while paying for stamping after we get visa ?

There’s no one answer to this but I’d say for the Top 4 college’s anything above 75% would do but for universities you definitely need to go above 85% for sure.!!

They always give a receipt. It consists of some id's & number's which come to use later on in the process!

My file lodged on 31st, Biometrics on 4th Jan updated same day. Medical is not updated. How long did it took for you.
It took around 2 weeks for my medical to be updated IRCC is clearing the previous files one by one so it may take a little while for you but don’t worry it’ll be updated soon!!

Some students are getting asked by vfs staff that if they want to put their passport at vfs office they have to pay 3600 rupees . Is this is included in premium service ?
No not at all why will you leave your passport at VFS, it’s a single most important document one should keep it safe.
The only time your passport should leave you is when it goes for stamping that’s it.!

2. If you take premium service, how do they link it with Passport pickup? Do you get some number at time of choosing premium service during biometric that you can later use for booking two way courier?

1. You can book your biometrics anytime.
2. They will usually know if you've taken premium service or not they will give u a tracking id.

It’s completely upto you if you want your process to be slightly faster than choose premium otherwise normal is also fine!

You choose *premium or normal* after your biometrics is *booked and confirmed you choose it at the day of your biometrics not before that.*

Premius servies is provided by vfs for their interest, ircc have nothing to do with that my process i think was mote faster then you, also IRCC HAVE NOT MENTIONED ANYHWRE ABOUT PREMIUM SERVICE
VFS & IRCC are 2 different entities so why will one's services be mentioned in other's website.
