    Sir mera 6 din bad physical h m sirf 7 feet ja rhi hu aur 10 jana h kya 6 din ye exercise krne se 10 feet tk cover ho jayega plz reply sirrr....???

      Agar 7 feet ho raha h to 7 8 Din me 10 feet ja sakte h kyuki normal hi log khade khade 6 7 feet jump kar lete h aur ladkiya bhi kar leti h Magar Agar body weight halka ho to ho sakta h try karo Baki Luck aur bajarangbali sath de to sab ho jayega Best of luck
