There are a lot of assumptions in the comments so just to clear it up:
    - the black one is the stallion
    - the horses know each other, groom each other regularly and ride out together
    - both horses care for nothing, have daily herd turnout and socialisation and are loved
    - the gelding loves to be dramatic and try to put on a show of domination. It is simply that- a show. He is young and figuring out his social skills. After this, he was sniffing and being friendly and they resumed their usual grooming session.
The video wasn’t staged for views. It is simply a glimpse at a much longer video. Please bare in mind you do not know the horses or the context of the video and just watch the video for what it is. This is RUclips and I knew people would find this video interesting. The title is clearly clickbait. People who watch my channel know I wrap my horse in cotton wool😂 If anyone was hurt/in danger I would not have uploaded this obviously. We know our horses

@@guille7231the horses kno2 each other and go out with each other, the buckskin just didnt want the black one near his stable, nothing to do with anyone saying he hasnt got a brain, even tho no one said that, but also no majority of geldings will not qct like studs as they do not get an increase of hormones around mares, qlso kinda doubt your training if you associate a behaviour with the sex of a horse

it's appears that the gelding in the stall is a bit intimidated by the black stallion who is being very nice his ears were stationary the entire time and that's a sign of control and confidence whereas the gelding had his ears pinned back in the beginning then realised the stallion was no threat and then he got cheeky however the stallion was not fased by his antics and just stood there, like the majestic leader he is.

The horses have more drama in their lives sometimes than the teenagers at the barn, lol.

@@Ann-gx8bh What are you on about? Stallions (like plenty of male mammals) fight in the wild. Death is however not a common result. If you’ve ever owned horses, you would know that they have social disagreements and even fights from time to time regardless of sex.
In the wild, stallions will frequently band together in small “herds” when there are no mares involved.
You can absolutely pasture a stallion and a gelding together safely. It’s about understanding their natural behaviors and personalities, and socializing both horses well. The most dangerous stallions are poorly socialized animals, which are almost always dangerous regardless of if gelded or with mares or geldings.
