China and Russia do not have the technical capability to design and build stealth aircraft. Even if they knew how they don't have the manufacturing precision required to be successful. SU57 is a case in point. About the same RCS as a Super Hornet or Gripen. The enemy aircraft is doomed and the US stealth aircraft is gone before the enemy pilot knows he's under attack. It is likely that NGAD and FA/XX will be drones because their aerodynamic performance will be able to produce G forces that would kill a human pilot.
