  • High-Power LASER On US Aircraft Carrier SHOCKED The World! FULL Alert!
It’s a conundrum. The US Navy can easily stop the most powerful missiles in their tracks with ease but is gravely threatened by little, slow, stealthless kamikaze drones. While this is almost funny, it comes at a very dangerous time. The Houthis continue to attack the US on the Red Sea, and in response, the US Navy must now do the impossible - the US Navy must add laser weapons to its already formidable aircraft carrier fleet.

I used to work on production CO2 lasers. 75KV starter voltage that dropped to 35KV once the beam coalesced. We used it to burn precision holes in drip irrigation hoses. That's the basics, but turn that same technology into taking down drone swarms. Fun stuff.

In 1998 I was inspecting a concrete pour for a pad behind 4 security gates, first two civilian, last two military.
This concrete pad was for the first stage of four, for a ground based anti missile laser system. So we had lasers since the last century. Just think how far we have come in 26 years.

Sometimes it is better to invest more then planned, with the item performing as it was
Intended, rather than spend less then you should, with the item not performing as it should. Many times the cost factor includes research and development. The LAWS laser system started it's development in the mid-1980s and was to be used in global satellite systems, what then was classified as "Star Wars Satellite Defense". Not sure it
      ever got approved in congress.

But the top secret part of that equation is that it's most likely already been developed and nobody knows about it unless a desprate need has accured, then it's wham bam thank you mam, and those top secret weapons are now in use destroying whatever it was needed to destroy, and it ends up here on youtube being talked about.
Top secret is a hell of an aditive when done right, and our Military leaders are the best in the top secret bussiness, and they have been for many years bc there is nothing better to use in your defense than top secret weapons that only our military Generals and the makers of the top secret weapons that only a limitted few know anything about!!!!
