What is light what is Sacramento and San Jones like are those Bay area cities and another thing after that says very important do you know anything about welding in Oakland
I moved to Sacramento nearly 13 years ago from the Deep South and it seems like housing has always been Oakland/East Bay being a two-thirds the price of San Francisco/Peninsula/the Valley and Sacramento Area one-third. So a $1.5M house in SF is like $1M in Oakland and $500K in the Sac area.
I'm from England and I have visited San Francisco - As well as San Francisco I also visited Oakland, San Mateo, Berkeley, Daly City, Pacifica and Marin County - didn't get as far south as San Jose - San Francisco and Oakland was worth the visit - Not quite as sprawling as Los Angeles (Although I did enjoy my trip to Los Angeles the year before) -- The SF Bay Area is a very nice part of the USA -- Other parts of the US I would love to see are Hawaii, Miami, New Orleans and Las Vegas/Reno
Sounds like NYC prices. They have million dollar apartments in Harlem which was rougher back then. Now it is gentrified so it is expensive. That sounds like what happened out there.Plus, you got the tech industry so that drives up rent prices, too.
Born in and raised the East Bay even though only minutes apart they are two different worlds even the gentrification is different/affected the cities differently That being said if I could afford certain parts of SF I’d rather live there and I like cooler climates
Oakland has a big homeless drug infested population under the freeways, very trash infested, high crime, high rents and unsafe streets at night, and homes are out of sight and very old.
@@RichFlemingRealtor there no hate just facts...I live in SF my whole life and my older sister lives in Oakland. So i got a pretty good idea how Oakland is. But the Oakland Hills have better people.. Some news employees live there.
Would you rather live in San Francisco or Oakland ?? Let me know in the comments!
I live in Walnut Creek so I live close to both but would pick San Francisco
Pacifica

You abut summed it up. But, Sacramento has gotten pretty pricey in the last 10 years or so. Definitely not the "bargain" it once was! I like Sac!
I'm going on vacation and plan on touring both of these great cities. Thanks for the information 👍 keep up the good work.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great trip!

really well done and helpful video. Thank you!
You're very welcome!
I would prefer San Fran over Oakland. I love SF.
Everyone has their preferences. Both great places.

You've described a lot of what's happened here. Thanks for stopping by.
@@RichFlemingRealtor Thanks for the vids.I was thinking about moving out west if an oppurtunity pops up so it is great info.
Million dollar condo's yes. I've never heard of Million dollar apartments.

Without questions, both SF and Oakland have their challenges ... like all cities. I hope you are living somewhere you enjoy.
Oakland is a hood.
Like most cities, it has its challenging areas and its spectacular areas. You shouldn’t generalize or stereotype.
That picture of the Bay Bridge on the thumbnail of the video is not Oakland. That is not Oakland on the thumbnail. I have the best RUclips channel.
Actually, the bridge on the left IS part of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge.
Oakland is like living in a 3rd world country....You gotta be packing heat to live in Oakland
