I totally agree that the best part of this show is that this show has its roots in Broadway. The voice actors singing in their character's voice is incredible (FYI the person who acts/sings for Adam is the same person who acts/sings for Sir Pentious, Alex Brightman). Another aspect that this show does that many animations fail to do is that there is a lot of detail given to the background characters of every scene. Just like in Broadway the characters who are in frame but not talking are reacting to what is being said in character. It gives them more personality and actually contributes to the plot. Most other animations don't take the effort to add in those details.

I’ve been obsessed with this series and watched it twice and listen to the soundtrack every day but I still haven’t connected Alastor’s 7 year absence and Lilith’s together, especially going through other people’s versions of the lore and knowing Alastor and Lilith are connected in some way I still missed that subtle detail
