    Same here pan. I’ve never had any of these issues that some people are complaining about. However, I did do a test when I just did a full detail on my car. What I did was sprayed down my whole car while it was wet with bead maker, then went around the car in the light spritz of dream maker.. I didn’t use my silk drying towels to pull the water off the car, and it dried amazingly.. that worked phenomenal. It’s over a week old now, and I drove through the rain and the car still looks super glossy and very clean.

    Hello Pan! I revisited your fantastic video 🙌 because I needed the formula to refill my bottle. I wanted to mention that I've been facing the same dusting problem, even though my driveway is 60-80 meters of gravel. Despite the regular delivery vans causing dust due to their daily visits, I noticed a significant reduction in dust on my car after mixing Bead Maker with Dream Maker at a 10:1 dilution ratio. Big kudos to Jamie, the amazing cleaner 👨🏻‍🔬🧪🚙!

    Yes, I’ve done 32 years of Surface Tension, ESD (Electro Static Discharge) and Tribo Charging work and the elimination of it, for computer chips, hybrid, micro, circuits, and many many other surfaces.
    3 years ago, I’ve developed a mixture of various ingredients that does what you mention, just at a different level. I’m pretty low-key about it. Could’ve started a large manufacturing company, but I’ve done that for too many decades. Just happy people are catching on to what helps other detailers be more successful. 🙏🏻

    Worth a try. I have used Bead Maker for a long time. Just ordered some Dream Maker. Cheap way to improve the finish if it works. Have to say from personal experience, I don't think Bead Maker has the ultra slick finish of some waxes and even detail sprays. Love the look of it, though, as a finishing product. Even on my white Lexus GS 350 F Sport, it looks great. It also seems to me to work better on glass than paint. I use it during my weekly car washes/details between full wash/correct/wax sessions which I do several times a year (very relaxing with good results). Hopefully this combo is even better. Thanks for the video!

    Hey Pan, love the channel! I'm a mobile detailer and I've been on the fence about using P&S bead maker vs DIY quick beads. I can get bead maker at wholesale prices at .22 cents/oz which is very appealing however, I feel like its not the end users job to make a product better. I can get DIY quick beads for around .77 cent/oz and I can apply it wet and get 4-6 months protection according to them! Again, the price of bead maker is very appealing but I can't wrap my head around having to buy two different products to make one product perform better. I detail in the desert and my clients can't always wait 8 hour for cure time. Hopefully P&S will see all of the feedback and just make the product perform better and not put it on the end user. Sorry for the rant but wanted to share my thoughts with you! Keep doing what you're doing!

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  7 месяцев назад +1

      Bead Maker doesn't last very long (3-4 weeks) so Quick Beads will outlast it hands down. We mainly use Bead Maker as a topper over an existing long lasting protection. Bead Maker has the lead over Quick Beads when it comes to gloss and slickness. But in certain situations, some say it attracts dust (I never had such issues where I live). Hence why we add a bit of Dream Maker in the mix to add anti-static properties.
      So it depends what you're looking for. Durability and speed of application, Quick Beads wins. Gloss and slickness, Bead Maker all day.
      By the way, P&S now produces a limited run of the combined Bead Maker + Dream Maker, and it's called Clean Maker. Here's a link to it: bit.ly/42SEO42

      @@PanTheOrganizer Thanks so much for the reply and the insights. Fair points, it's a tough trade off between durability and gloss. If they make this special edition in a 5gal like bead maker I might be a customer. At the current price it's not super economical at 5x/oz compared to bead maker. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Glad to see they acted on the customer feedback. Cheers.

    I discovered the fix about a year ago, I switched to OG Drying aid. Why doesn't P&S fix (re-think) the formula instead of requiring the purchase(I know both are stand alone and "work") of 2 separate products and mixing them to get optimum results? I experienced the streaking and believe it's due to our very humid environment here in Florida. Another thought is, applying to a wet vehicle seem to me that the product is then further diluted lessening it's properties/ benefits and requires more manipulation with towels further increasing micro marring potential.

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  11 месяцев назад +1

      Two completely different products. WetCoat is a spray on rinse off sealant. 1-3 months durability, better hydrophobic properties and chemical resistance.
      Bead Maker (or the Bead Maker and Dream Maker mix) is a regular spray on sealant that lasts 3-4 weeks at best. It’s mainly used as a topper because of its great gloss and slickness.

I remember watching a p & s video that they suggested after applying bead maker to apply paint gloss to help so that it doesn’t attract dust as much. If it can be turned into an all in one, 1 step solution and save time that would be another great alternative as well.

      Yes…a 5yr ceramic was professionally installed when I purchased it…use the Combo as an amplifier/topper every other wash. Literally foam/rinse, repeat foam rinse and blow dry (purchased an Ego last week and the short car attachment (thanks for that recommendation). Then hit the car with the combo. For bead maker they suggest to put a heavier first coat but if my car has ceramic coating should I still put the heavy first layer?

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  5 месяцев назад

      Yes you would still apply a heavier first layer. Just keep in mind you're altering the properties of the coating, as does pretty much any topper you're applying on top of your coating. Bead Maker will increase gloss and slickness, but you might lose a bit of the superior water behavior of your coating, assuming you have an excellent coating.
      I used Bead Maker often on my own coated car and always loved that gloss and slickness. But you always have to sacrifice something a bit. Nothing too dramatic, but you need to be aware of this.

    Pan, new to your videos and really enjoy them. Learning a lot. Would appreciate some advice. I have a brand new GMC 2500 Sierra. What would you recommend I do for the vehicle straight from the dealer? Less than 400 miles.

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  Год назад +1

      Hi Jeff! Congrats on your new Sierra.
      A new car is never new until it's properly detailed.
      - at the factory, the paint defects are often corrected quickly by rotary polishing which can leave marks and holograms, so polishing corrects those, before you lock that in long term with a ceramic coating for example.
      - vehicles are then transported by truck, train and boat so they are exposed to the elements, industrial fallout, brake dust, rail dust, etc
      - vehicles are often left at boat docks (when transported by boat) or in exterior parking lots for weeks or months, again being exposed to the elements
      - at the dealership, the vehicles are almost always poorly prepped using the same dirty water that was used for all the cars on a given day, and poor washing and drying methods leading to swirls and scratches
      - at the dealership, a layer of cheap wax or paint sealant is usually applied to attempt to make the paint glossy prior to delivery. It's crucial to remove any previous protection before you apply a ceramic coating, as coatings need to bond directly to a virgin clear coat.
      If you only plan on applying a regular carnauba wax or paint sealant though, you could decide to skip machine polishing, as those protectants can be applied over existing protection and it's not as crucial to prep the paint as well.
      I explain all of this in this popular video: ruclips.net/video/QgoyrC-5CMc/видео.html
      So you can better visualize the new car prep process, here are the steps I perform on a brand new car from two of my customers:
