Thanks Gio for doing an interview with Roy & Rhea. I'm one of those that subscribed when Roy brought his son (Max) to the Philippines. They're a really nice couple and their channel is very entertaining. Hopefully, others will see this interview and check their channel out.
Rhea and Roy are good people. I been watching their journey so far with the volcano, adding on to the house and even some rooster fighting. They do some live streams as well
Yes. It sounds just like old dog new tricks RUclips channel. He was married twice and his Filipina wife has a RUclips channel and they have been doing great for like 7 years now.
The locals are right about Kanlaon. It does erupt on rare occasions, but it's never been devastating. The ash wreaks havoc with electrical gadgets. Hang in there and don't worry too much about the volcano. BTW, I survived Mt Pinatubo and currently live relatively close to Kanlaon.
I think a great follow up Vid on Roy & Rhea would be the week/days before their attempted flight to Australia. The immigration gauntlet will be quite interesting to hear of what happens, make it or off-loaded considering, like you mentioned, no travel history and how young Rhea is with no capital back-up.
Loved the interview. Went over to their site and watched some of their house build. That is the simple life for sure, but my goodness is his GF happy with her new house. Good going Roy. She thinks you're quite a catch!
HI GIO , This was a nice video with a nice couple , wishing them the best of luck. Forgot to mention , you are a nice guy or I wouldn t watch. TY AGAIN GOD BLESS CIAO
Gio ,i’m glad and happy to see you. You’re doing interview to the expat with their girlfriend or wives. Hopefully will get to see your three sons in the Philippines who knows they may fall in love all those things to do maybe scuba diving snorkeling, etc. thanks for sharing.
Great interview Gio! I hope your son is still considering coming to the Philippines for college. I can't image how great college life would be for a foreigner! 😄
Nice couple…good luck for their long term plans. Hopefully everything goes well. I know I won’t be in Bacolod when I get back to the Philippines in March, but it’s looking like it’s worth checking out. I’m curious what the dating options are in Bacolod? Salamat…
Gio, have you studdied up on volcanos? Any danger from that volcano to the residents of Bacolod? It's double digit miles away but seems like its all downhill for lava flow. Also is Bacolod down wind from the volcano?
I live just outside of Bacolod and have not experienced anything from the Volcano...so far. The cloud and ash is going in a different direction. EVERYWHERE in the Philippines is near a Volcano!
La castellana, a small town but not walking distance to kanloan..there is a viewing deck near 'every family has a story welcome to ours' cafe..there are giant statues of a cross and two other figures..it can make a day trip in the country exciting..
Roosters - cock oh doodling, dogs barking and now volcano eruptions! Wow! What a great country! lol Can't wait until I visit later this year. They are a nice couple Gio and an enjoyable video interview. Keep 'em coming!
I remember January 12, 2020, the Taal volcano in Philippines erupted. An American couple noticed a fault line going through one of the houses close to the island and did a video. It was a two-story house, the local people were still inside and it was still standing with a crack in the foundation. If that was a wood house made in the US it would’ve crumbled to the ground. The difference between wood and reinforced concrete.
So one Australian arrived, wants to date a local girl, and angered the volcano god. Good to know, got to be careful. These two are cute, and maybe they might want to send some food to the volcano god. Good interview. I would think that if you have a volcano close, you would get free hot water. This could be a good thing. Good luck on the trip.
No one really wants a westernized woman, some of us tolerate them or don’t know better. That’s why marriage is such a decline, can’t turned a ho into a wife.
I really like and appreciate how Roy pronounced Bocolod perfectly take note and what a great couple I will subscribe to their channel all the best to them!
Gday Gio 😀. Thanks for conducting a fantastic interview with us. We were both a little nervous but your vibe was very friendly and we felt comfortable. Thank you, everyone, for watching. Gio's channel was very helpful for me to learn about the Philippines before i came. We are all different, and we all walk different journeys, we are all doing the best we can on our individual journey. Let's live life to the fullest everyone and enjoy our journeys together every day.
a RUclips channel in Hiligaynon makes no sense. That is a very small market. She will not ever monetize a channel in that language. People live in fairy tell lands. Thus, the Japanese, the Russian and now the Filipina. Perhaps next on the bucket list will be an African beauty..
wish this couple the best... not sure if the "thank goodness i'm able to grind concrete so i can fund my gf's parents dream" attitude is going to last forever, but no matter what, it's gonna be a fun chapter to look back on one day and they seem happy together
This guy is making a huge mistake he has 2 kids and ailing parents and he left them to pursue a Philippina and support her and her parents is this a joke. why do guys loose there brains just to get a young girl on there arm, Gio did the same thing WHY. Send me hate messages i don't care i would never leave my kids and sick parents for anyone.
Philippines is not a paradise with volcanoes, earthquakes, tsunami, hot and extreme humidity, noisy traffic, smoking old vehicles, air pollution, burning garbage, no easy parking, children asking for money, dilapidated buildings, no good money jobs, over populated, businesses taxations is unreal, government corruption, no divorce allowed, have to support the whole family, family living apart abroad working, poorly done construction, crimes, abduction, ransom money, deforestation contributing to flood… who wants to live there? Philippines is good for visiting specific areas and finding a partner but not living there. 😊
@@morlandoemtp No divorce look great but in some cases is a nightmare. The Bible teaches us divorce in some cases but the government of Philippines take a strong stand because of the catholic organization. I am not for divorce but beating women or a man that chase on her committing adultery make no sense that they should stay married
Good to see your back in the flow buddy. Some info for Roy on the visa sponsorship. I also tapped out my sponsorship in NZ (which has similar laws to Australia) due to sponsoring my ex wife and a Chinese girl. I have been told that in NZ if it has been over 5 years since your last sponsorship, you can apply again but will be subject to greater scrutiny. Good luck.

I understand that - it would be a little nerve-wracking for me too!

UHHHHHHHHHH, VULCANO LOVE !
