That cluster design is fowl
I chose the Elantra over the Civic and Corolla because of the digital instrument cluster! Please make it more customizable in future software updates. Add some themes and give us a map. KEEP IT UP
Love the safety features on my Tucson ❤
Strongly thinking of the upcoming Kona EV over Tesla. Will the US spec have an available HUD?
How to put this in the Tiburon?
@HyundaiUSA Will digital cluster support Apple CarPlay interface in the future?
Is there a way to remove the km left before next fuel on the Elantra 2024. I try everything and it's still there
Can I have digital Speedometer on my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited 12.3" cluster right gauge circle.
So no “now playing” display? That’s a fail.
What is the blue 0-50 meter, and what is it measuring?
Australia spec does not have digital kms in the middle.. unfortunately maybe update??
So, is it really impossible to have clock displayed in the digital instrument cluster?
This is pretty big design oversight.
The "infotainment" screen is way off the line of sight of the driver.
It's real inconvenient to look 4 time somewhere on the side...
Why isn't a numerical speed reading displayed by default? Having to sacrifice info in the center of the cluster just to see a digital speed reading is stupid. It's 2023. No one wants to see analog gauges in an instrument cluster. Very frustrating aspect of all the Hyundai's we own.
Get over it Karen
@@TheRealEric__1 Quality response you peanut. Hush now while the adults are talking.

@@namelessvieweryea bro I was struggling so hard trying to figure this out
These videos would owe a lot more helpful if you would give more detailed info about how to actually perform the functions. I've had my car for over a month now and have no idea "how to" configure my instrument cluster area.........and trying to find something in your manuals is useless. Don't know what logic was used in creating these videos, but I find them pretty much worthless. Even when I talk to my dealership, they can't answer my questions either. Beginning to think I made a terrible mistake buying this car........I love the car, just wish I could figure out how to use it????
I totally agree. It’s not for the people who can afford the car but kids who like crap to play with.
Jim , I’m 65 years old and we bought our new Kia Sorento. I found out the easiest way was go out to your new car on a Comfortable Day with your Owners Manual ( Its big by the way) Go to the Index that says Instrument Panel functions and start reading. Just my two cents. Miss the cars from the 70s Simple Times . Just a old Veteran 🇺🇸.
Try going to the dealership, they are usually quite helpful with navigating through the features with you.
This doesn't match the controls on my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid
Ok
I hate digital instrument cluster, manufacturers should make them optional for the screen addicts who want them. Such distraction in a vehicle is insane, cars are meant to be A to B vehicles not entertainment centres.
The digital screens cause glare at night where as an Analogue instrument cluster lights up only the numbers and needle the rest of the dial is dark.
People scrolling through menus, spotify playlists, podcasts all while driving is pure lethal !
I have a car with digital instrument cluster, infotainment and I can't wait to get rid of it and go back to conventional car design.
A lot of people don't like these screens so why not make them optional ?
I can't believe even the Hyundai i20 has a digital instrument cluster now what a bloody shame , an instant turn off and has led me to consider the Kia Stonic instead which is much better.
Cars are getting too complicated, too irritating and too much information overload, let the screen addicts have their screens but let the rest of us have proper cockpit and Analogue instrument clusters.
Who do we blame for all the road deaths all this distraction in cars is causing ? do we sue the Auto makers or drivers or both ?, the auto makers make this stuff available so they'd be on the top of my list because any automaker that thinks these distracting digital instrument clusters and infotainment systems are a good idea in vehicles where people should be looking at the road should face the consequences and I can only imagine families of victims in the future suing auto makers for this.
cant find button to see my speed: 0:46
i'm still looking for mine....seems to have disappeared after an "update"

Recently bought a new Bayon DCT 120 inTurquoise Love the car, however the sales experience was a nightmare & the owners instruction manual is a disgrace. We are fairly low mileage & as a result the batteries don't get fully charged so no sailing or start/stop on eco returning 46 mpg. We traded in our 11 yr old I20 which had been problem free with better mileage OOPS
No maps on main screen like audi no buying
What is that little line for!??!?!?!?!?!?!? The 0 to 50 that goes up and down for no apparent reason!!!!!
Measures your miles per gallon. Basically, when needing to drop a gear, it’s gonna drop. But once you get to cruising speed ( overdrive gears) the mpg will settle and sit at 50. You want it high! Haha
Not about vanity at all .. if you go to a high priced steakhouse -know you are going to be charged a premium price as your expecting a higher quality of product .. and in turn get a steak that tastes like something you could have gotten from say a Sizzler’s for a lot less money I don’t think you would be too happy. They would both be technically steak 🥩/ beef products but there’s a different expectation- if that is your definition of vanity than yeah .. guilty as charged.
As a Genesis owner I am severely disappointed that this digital cluster is being added to the Hyundai lineup. I have to ask why pay 80k + for a car that is ostensibly a luxury vehicle only to see feature from same being found on the lower end Hyundai line. I imagine Hyundai cuts manufacturing costs but this will ensure I will never buy another Genesis again.- I feel this is a mistake from a marketing perspective and will only make me go back to one of the European makers for my next vehicle . I was interested in the GV90 but not anymore.
Congrats.. you’ve won the douche prize by posting the most ridiculously privileged statement on the internet. Digital clusters are becoming standard across most newer models regardless of price point.
But you go ahead and wage the good fight… maybe take away our air conditioning because you paid more
So you begrudge that some fancier features have been added to lower priced models. Just swallow your vanity and enjoy your Genesis.
What an arrogant response
I hate modern cars.
