Mellotron Frippertronics - Boss Space Echo RE-202 and Mellotron M4000D Mini

Over to the Mellotron M4000D Mini for so more sound-on-sound looping with the Boss RE-202 Space Echo. There’s three parts to this improv. First, some Mellotron M400 strings (viola, violin and cello), then on to M400 choir sounds, and finally some M400 woodwinds.
Sound-on-sound looping with the Boss Space Echo is best done with the RE-202 in long delay mode. With the Boss RE-202 in long delay mode (see page 15 of the reference manual) you get up to 6 seconds of tap delay when the Mode Selector knob is set to Head 3. However, it's easier to tap out 2 seconds on Head 1 and then just switch the Mode Selector knob to Head 3 to get the 6 seconds.
This improv was recorded in GarageBand with a little compression and Spatializer to widen the stereo field.
