After any member leaves (whether it's Hololive, Holostars, etc.) it's always sad, but it also increases the value of all the remaining members because fans will now be even more protective and supportive of the idols that are still around, especially their favorites. Fortunately for me, I find time to watch and support all of the idols (especially the newcomers), which means pretty much all of them are my favorites (at varying degrees lol). So even if one decides to graduate/leave, I still have everyone else to hold down the fort. One favorite gone, but several more still remain. Thank goodness there's so many of them. 🤣Kiryu Coco was the first idol to (technically) get me interested in Hololive. She introduced me to the unhinged world of virtual idols and was my gateway into HoloEN. Even after Coco left, I've still been here to support everyone else, despite her being my personal favorite at the time. Although many fans left the community after Coco graduated, I know that she would have wanted me to stay, and I know that Fauna would want her saplings to stay as well despite her departure. Unless something insanely ridiculous happens to Hololive (and/or Cover) as a whole, I don't plan on leaving until the very last idol graduates. But that's just me. Kiara is a real one, and always has been. I don't know why anyone would assume that she skipped out on Fauna's Graduation Stream Call-ins. Of course she would never do that. Idols always support each other, especially within the same branch. That should go without saying.
Every day I saw fauna clips and streams even vids during her vacations miraculously and now that she's gone this feels like the beginning of an end sadly. I always thought I'd still be watching fauna until when I'm 30 at least 😢

Sometimes a really wonder ¿why some people thinks so low of kiara when it come to this?. I have to said, at first when she was debuting it didn't click with me. But with the time passing by she shows how much she really really care to thos she's close, and its not and exaggeration to say that she IS the heart of myth for a reason. Perceptions seem to be a little warped by how devastating Ame's graduation was for her. Kiara loves all of them (and got especially close with Fauna during 7DTD) but Ame was *very* uniquely special to her both as a genmate and as an individual, so that hit her unusually hard. I wouldn't expect that to be her default reaction to every termination or retirement.

The day before the announcement she was having a bunch of tech/PC issue's she BSOD mid stream the day before and was trouble shooting the problem as the announcement happened. That's just a lot of mixed Emotions to be dealing with. She's been attacked by fans for being overly emotional before so I'm sure she was worried that she would get back lash for the crying. People were complaining in chat during the Final Myth MC collab that she was "dragging" it out.
While Kiara is definitely right about this just being the normal passage of time, I hope that it spurs all of the girls to be more active with each other especially across gen lines. One of the most repeated statements towards both Fauna and Ame was that the girls just wished they had more time together or had done more things together but that it was now too late. No one is going to around forever and you never know when someone is going to leave so you need to take advantage of the time you have now; you can't just wait for the other person to make the first move or wait for the "right moment" (and that's true out in the real world too).

Calli is one of the talents that started to be more proactive in order to collaborate, help behind the scene and take the role of "daisenpai" in EN since advent debut and even a lot more since last year. I think that since they knew about Ame's graduation waaaay before the announcement reality just hit her (if you ask me, even Fauna's was no surprise for them since her new Twitter account was created in august 2024 so they already knew about the time Breaking dimensions happened) so she made the decision to be like that and help her friends and make EN as welcoming as it can be for the new talents.

What happened between them" and people reply with even more speculation. When in reality nothing happened, they are just friends and don't need to make content out of every time they hang out. It's so surreal. I'm still getting recommend Fauna's streams, and it's like, "That just happened. I just watched that collab with Gigi a few days ago. I was just watching her yesterday." It's hard to believe that she's not just taking a day off between streams.

Even idols have massive schedules to deal with. Just time zone alone, we will see way less interaction between EN and JP. More than that, we do not know how they interact off stream. I honestly wasn't expecting Kiara to appear, and since she had the HoloTalk episode with her, a part of me thought that she had already said everything she needed to say then. It's also why I didn't expect Gura to appear either since they had a big project together as well. Regardless, I never doubted their friendship at all, and I would never assume anything negative about it.
I believe that all of Holo EN feels sad about fauna graduation. However, some of them couldn't call fauna either because they couldn't deal with sadness or they have another good reason for it.
It just sucks because future Fauna most likely won't be doing any collabs with holomems anymore. I know for a fact in my bones of everything that is good and honest, Fauna had that goodbye video for herself. For her it was her own little treat and I will believe that her goodbye from Kiara was personal and not sharing means Fauna really, did truly care deeply about Kiara so much so I would only believe one reality that fauna went to sleep hearing Kiara speak one last time to her character. For the first time that we're parasocial peeps can be lead to believe, Kiara was Fauna's ASMR for that night

Perceptions seem to be a little warped by how devastating Ame's graduation was for her. Kiara loves all of them (and got especially close with Fauna during 7DTD) but Ame was *very* uniquely special to her both as a genmate and as an individual, so that hit her unusually hard. I wouldn't expect that to be her default reaction to every termination or retirement.
@@Anony-Mous yeah there was a lot going on for Kiara when it came to Ame, Ame was her Oshi, Friend and gen mate. The day before the announcement she was having a bunch of tech/PC issue's she BSOD mid stream the day before and was trouble shooting the problem as the announcement happened. That's just a lot of mixed Emotions to be dealing with. She's been attacked by fans for being overly emotional before so I'm sure she was worried that she would get back lash for the crying. People were complaining in chat during the Final Myth MC collab that she was "dragging" it out.
No one has the right to judge how much the talents care for each other
While Kiara is definitely right about this just being the normal passage of time, I hope that it spurs all of the girls to be more active with each other especially across gen lines. One of the most repeated statements towards both Fauna and Ame was that the girls just wished they had more time together or had done more things together but that it was now too late. No one is going to around forever and you never know when someone is going to leave so you need to take advantage of the time you have now; you can't just wait for the other person to make the first move or wait for the "right moment" (and that's true out in the real world too).
completely agree, some said they had no regrets but also said they wished they did more things with each other like you said. Bit contradictory. Go for it ladies, collab with each other before its too late.
much as comparison can be a thief of joy for the talents, contentment in their routine can be a thief of time. Thinking oh I'll just see them next time we are in Japan or this event. I agree I hope 2024 kicks some of the members across gens, branches to reach out and make those moments. Honestly I'm fine with those moments not needing to be on screen, as we know the talents will yap about any adventures they have off camera. Better to know they are making memories while they can.

Calli is one of the talents that started to be more proactive in order to collaborate, help behind the scene and take the role of "daisenpai" in EN since advent debut and even a lot more since last year. I think that since they knew about Ame's graduation waaaay before the announcement reality just hit her (if you ask me, even Fauna's was no surprise for them since her new Twitter account was created in august 2024 so they already knew about the time Breaking dimensions happened) so she made the decision to be like that and help her friends and make EN as welcoming as it can be for the new talents.

That's just how work works. Hololive.will always have new talents we can enjoy and cheer on while those that went away are always welcome to Dooby's universe. We get the best of both worlds.
Sadly, that seems to be pretty common, especially when you look at old collabs, there's always so much speculation in the comments "omg are they not friends anymore? What happened between them" and people reply with even more speculation. When in reality nothing happened, they are just friends and don't need to make content out of every time they hang out. Some people like to create drama on their head out of nothing :/

It's so surreal. I'm still getting recommend Fauna's streams, and it's like, "That just happened. I just watched that collab with Gigi a few days ago. I was just watching her yesterday." It's hard to believe that she's not just taking a day off between streams.
I am not the biggest Hololive fan. But with what has been happening, I find myself watching the vods more.
For people to assume that Kiara didnt show up because "she hates Fauna" or something, definitely don't know Kiara at all then. Yeah, she was the only EN member not there for the call ins during stream, and Fauna didnt play the video, so people may have been confused. But to go straight to "she desnt care enough to be here" or stuff like that, clearly shows you dont know hololive relationships. And it sucks for the talents to have to deal with comments like that as often as they come up.

Honestly I assumed it was late in her timezone or she was really busy at the time (she was actually traveling), I didnt realize she was the only EN member who couldn't call in. Even idols have massive schedules to deal with. Just time zone alone, we will see way less interaction between EN and JP. More than that, we do not know how they interact off stream. It's better to assume everyone has their own way to grief, and let the actual people deal with actual people. We are at best a 3rd party.
I honestly wasn't expecting Kiara to appear, and since she had the HoloTalk episode with her, a part of me thought that she had already said everything she needed to say then. It's also why I didn't expect Gura to appear either since they had a big project together as well. Regardless, I never doubted their friendship at all, and I would never assume anything negative about it.

I believe that all of Holo EN feels sad about fauna graduation. However, some of them couldn't call fauna either because they couldn't deal with sadness or they have another good reason for it.
It just sucks because future Fauna most likely won't be doing any collabs with holomems anymore. Seeing her yap and banter with the others was always such a fun time and sadly we just won't see that as much anymore as it's so hard as an outsider to collab in with the members. I'm not saying it'll be impossible but it'll definitely be less and that to me is the part that sucks the most. I know She'll stay the same, but I'll miss those awesome hilarious collab moments.

It still doesn’t feel real. It’s like a nightmare. The whole time I was hoping maybe it would change or at the end she’d pull the “you think I’d leave without an encore?” And do one more song.
